In an effort to instill a bit more fairness in the league, the SRSL installed divisional play for the fourth season. DAR IF, the only expansion franchise, as the SRSL expanded to 24 teams, finished dead last in the Darmen Division. The Scott City Oilers, the number one team in the Multiverse, smashed their way through the schedule, failing to win only 18 of their 92 games. The Eau Claire Jets, who finished with the worst record in the league, and were relegated to the Darmeni National League.

Back and forth they went, but in the end, the Oilers finally prevailed, finishing off the Darmenians for good, with an overtime winner in Game Seven. Once again, the big three dominated both the Regular Season, and the Post Season. Wether the Divisional Play and Playoff Format actually led to more fairness between Darmeni and Carmadin teams is up for some debate.

The inugaral season of The Icemark National Hockey League produced a remarkable finish in the league table with three teams finishing on the same points. Bendis took control of the first quarter of the league, before Barrowby lead the pack for the second quarter of Match days. Bendis lead the way for much of the second half of the season. Frostmarris, who spent the majority of the season in 4th, made a late burst and finally took 1st spot on the penultimate matchday. It was a battle on the final day of the season, but both the top 2 teams, Frostmarris and Bendis suffered defeats, allowing Barrowby to catch up and claim third spot.
Frostmarris found winning the cup a lot more simpler than the league with a hammering final victory 5-0 against Learton.

As is our tradition, even if the speed of the internationstatal game has passed us by, we shall note two returning playoff teams, with the Divers joining the party from fifth place last season. The Bloodhounds' presence in the top tier is the real surprise, although they had somehow made a playoff series before. Let's chalk this one up to home-ice advantage.

The Combatants swept their playoff, while after a couple of shootouts in Char, there were more decisive results downtown. It would take a fifth game in the Nuusuburb for the Divers to win their series. But although they took a two games to one lead, scoring nine goals in their first two goals at home to the Combatants' two, they couldn't put it away, and the Combatants held on through some more low-scoring games to win the championship again.

And after the regular season, Iliju Internationals have claimed the championship! With only 2 points more than both the 2nd and 3rd ranked team, Iliju proved to be the most consistent over the season, sharing the record of most wins (14/30) with the Capitals, and the record of least amount of losses (7/30) with a few teams: Othushun State and Maethoru State. In second place is Othushun State, that overall scored the most: 49, and have the best goal difference: +17.

In third place, ranked after Othushun State based on goal difference (both 49 points), are the Capitals. They have to play the CHL Play-Off league, together with places four, five and six. Fourth is Maethoru State, a very consistent team with 14 wins, but did relatively poorly with 9 losses. They conceded least goals though: 19 in 30 matches. In fifth place are the Blizzards, also doing very well defensively. Offensively, they are okay, but there is some work there. Arelothun State is the last team that made it into the Play-offs, with 45 points. They have scored as much as the champion, and only conceded four more than Iliju.

At the bottom of the list are two teams that are exceptionally worse than the rest of the league: Kthosl State only got 25 points, conceded a lot and scored poorly. In last place, 16th, are the Bears. They have scored only 11, yet only conceded 28. This gives them the second-worst GD, although they have only 21 points, by far the worst.

In the play-offs, Arelothun State and the Blizzards have done what was considered impossible: they competely turned their odds around and won the play-offs by some distance. Arelothun, previously 6th, now won the play-off league with 11 out of a possible 18 points. In second place are the Blizzards, previously 5th. The Capitals and the Maethoru State Team are the losers of the Play-offs. In the case of Maethoru: they're the only team that managed to get a negative GD. Though, the worst defense is the Blizzards defense, conceding 9. Maethoru have a lot to make up for, especially in offense: they only scored 5.

After receiving only one bid, PBI National Arena will host the final of the 12th Champions Hockey League.

With a record 78 entries, there will be two stages before the Group Stage, a Preliminary Stage of 36 teams, and a Playoff Stage of 40 teams. The 20 winners of the Playoff Stage will join the 20 teams that have received byes into the Group Stage, which will consist of 8 groups of five teams each. The Preliminary Stage will be scorinated tonight, with the Playoff and Group Stages scorinated on Monday night. The Round of 16, Quarterfinals, and Semifinals will be scorinated on Tuesday night, with the Finals coming on Wednesday night.
