Thanks!
It's when the standard deviation is above 30 that you start to get penalised. The formula is here ("The scorination" section)

I already TGed Amuaplye about this but I'll say something similar here to (hopefully) prevent anybody else from having the same problem:
The problem seems to be caused by the program running out of the system32 folder under Windows. Surprisingly (to me anyway), Windows refuses to let it save files in that folder (a good security measure since modifying or deleting important files in that folder is a good way to cause Windows to stop working correctly or even at all).
I strongly recommend that anybody who downloads the Signup Creator program save it somewhere on their desktop or their My Documents folder which will make it easier to find completed signups and hopefully prevent such errors. You can also test to see if it will save by entering a 1 entry delegation and saving it. If that works, then a larger delegation will work too.

Lauren Marchildon from Kelssek has been awarded the bronze medal in the Snowboarding Women's Halfpipe event, Day 7 of the XI Winter Olympics, so I've added an extra bronze medal in the final tally of the results thread for Kelssek.

Can we trust that that incident was made in the heat of passion on a night when many people were emotional about RL events, and that you won't let it happen again?
Second, given the following matters caused controversy last Summer Olympics, I'll ask about them to make sure people are aware of it up front if there are any issues. Specifically:
1) Will there be any sort of qualification as there was last time?
2) Will the Gregoryisgodistani (and other) athletes be allowed to compete under their actual names, including titles, if they are part of the name, and any unusual capitalization that exists, whether that is the all-caps names of Gregoryisgodistani commoners or something more normal like McDonald or van der Meer?
3) Will there be any limits on roster sizes for team sports?
Finally, a couple questions specific to your bid:
1) Why use the Casaran for the group stage of team events, rather than the conventional format, and how long will the group stages last?
2) Will the rule used RL international competitions (but not any domestic leagues other than a couple leagues in the low minors) be used in the baseball and softball competitions? If so, am I correct in my recollection that the scorinator can handle a different probability of runs scored in extra innings versus regulation? And if you're using it, would it be the standard international format used in most international competitions (starts in the first extra inning, so 10th for baseball and 8th for softball) or the World Baseball Classic format (starts in the second extra inning, so 11th for baseball and 9th for softball)?
Edit since CH and I cross-posted and I don't want to double-post: Could CH or someone else possibly provide some background information on what posts SNT-FFR made that led up to these events, if the logs are available? I think that would be helpful for full context, as all I've ever seen is what CH posted, and others have shown me before. Specifcally, what is the post that ESF/Valanora is referring to? Thanks. SNT-FFR indicated to me privately on multiple occasions that his posts were about Brexit, so if they weren't, I'd like to know that.

I just received a very interesting IRC log from somebody explaining exactly what I was kicked for. Apparently, this was posted on IRC earlier today.
