As a general note for those concerned about the "lack of data" issue for new events: I don't believe this would pose a problem as such events would already have been held at the internationally-sanctioned level so that athletes can qualify for those new events at Sochi 2014. The relevant qualification events (e.g. FIS World Championships for slopestyle) would be a very appropriate source of data for scorination.

Everybody who entered the most recent completed Winter or Summer Olympics is eligible. Just sign up for this Winter Olympics after the host is chosen and you'll be eligible to vote for Summer Olympics host and any amendment proposals.

Thank you all for having confidence in me, and voting for me to undertake this enormous task. I don't have a set time table outside of when I wish to hold the Olympics, and not a lot of time today to convey anything major, but I will say that signup procedures will be open in the coming week.

Has anyone seen New Koln's sign up? It is not remotely close to the correct format, and the ranking average is well above the maximum. Normally, I wouldn't call him out publicly, but he has also submitted poorly formatted rosters for the World Bowl and International Baseball Slam. I TG'd him each time, and in the case of the latter gave him official instructions as host to fix it, but nothing has happened. I don't know what else to do at this point....

Do we need to input a skill modifier for Figure Skating Team Trophy, or will each event be contested separately using the modifiers already there for the athletes?

It is from my understanding that your athletes will perform twice in their respective fields, once individually and once as a group. You do not need to add a separate modifier for those that are participating in the Team, just make sure that if you sign up more than one athlete in men's/women's individual, pairs, or ice dancing, that you specify who is going to participate in the team events.

And make sure your team meets qualification requirements from the annotation.
