Could you please have a bit of a small modification for my flag?

I want my light blue and dark blue to be at the exact same width and length, covering about 2/3 of the whole flag. I'd add the four pointed star afterwards. Thanks in advance.

a gold and navy flag with white involved. in the centre a coat of arms being held up by a welsh dragon rampant and a black eagle rampant if that is possible. a platinum crown on top with a wreath (if that is the correct term) flowing out of the crown.

Could I request a Flag. Preferably one with a few Green and Blue Stripes, with around 16 Black Stars?

How many is a few?
Equal numbers or more green or more blue?
Vertical or horizontal stripes?
15 or 17 black stars?
5 pointed stars?
What arrangement of stars. e.g. ordered as on USA flag, in a circle, in a sine wave...?

As I was led to believe stripes are horizontal, bars are vertical, so Horizontal
16 stars to be precise
I rather like your six pointed stars, so six points would work
Sine Wave would be cool... not entirely sure how it would look though. But if anything 13 stars in a circle with 3 larger stars in the middle.

I ask these questions because I am thinking of requesting a seal design, and due to the fact that some people have copyright issues and so on, there are folks who might not do things free of charge...

The SCUTUM alliance (link in sig) needs some kind of banner or coat of arms to represent it. The current logo is really just the word 'SCUTUM'... I would like something a bit more imaginative.

The dominant colour should be crimson, with the ideas of defence, speed, vigilance and solidarity in there somehow. Thank you very much.

The ones listed above are the last emblems or logos I will be allowed to be made. Be aware that any requests posted after this will be met with a lecture. I'll let these slide.

I finished a flag but Imageshack is acting up. Will submit later.
EDIT: Nevermind. I'm not on my home computer, and this one saves as JPG default. The quality degraded greatly.

What i was thinking was my flag but in a triangular shield form? with one Fairbairn Sykes dagger running diagonally left-to-right behind it? And the words The Master M above, with my motto, In Fortudine Victoria below it. Thanks.
