Do to your developing nation status we have been instructed by the HRC Ministry of State to approve your order on a five year plan as opposed to three. The launching with suitable boosters will be funded in whole by the same HRC grant that is rebating your purchase. The Lofted Harvest vehicle is not for sale, but can be leased on a per mission basis. Currently Trinity Aerospace is in the final phase of testing of an orbital SAR system and release for export is expected within the next 60 days. Trinity Aerospace is willing to cover the remainder of your purchase price in exchange for your agreement to utilize experimental developing systems on the satellites in question. Should you agree the system will be launched into orbit and turned over to you at no charge in exchange for these concessions.

To: Trinity Aerospace Launch and Space Systems Division
From: The Emerald Royal Guard

We thank you for your kind offer and gratefully accept, both the grant and to offer to test the SAR system. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

Funds have been wired.

Yours Sincerely

Admiral James Murphy
Commander Emerald Royal Guard

The first 8 satellites will be launched via our SEA LAUNCH system in ten days. The remainder will follow a normal monthly launch schedule.

To: Trinity Aerospace Launch and Space Systems Division
From: NW Canadian Space Command

Subject: Offer of assistance and international co-operation.

Greetings.

Due to the superb relations between our countries, the government of the Peoples Republic of United North West Canada has directed NW Canadian Space Command to contact your firm and nation with an offer of assistance and international co-operation. We offer the services of our heavy lift launch vehicles and our Buran Mk2 shuttles to your firm and Nation.

Energia

Function Manned heavy-lift multi-purpose carrier rocket
The Energia was designed to be used with the Buran, or with other payloads inside its nose-cone or attached to its' side: A very versatile design.

Mass 2,400,000 kg (5,291,408 lb)
Stages 1

Capacity
Payload to LEO 100,000 kg (220,462 lb)
Payload to GSO 20,000 kg (44,093 lb)

Specific impulse 309-338 sec
Fuel RP-1/LOX

Core Stage
Engines 4 RD-0120
Thrust 5,800-7,500 kN[2]
Specific impulse 359-454 sec
Burn time 480-500 sec
Fuel LH2/LOX

Current Manned Spacecraft

Buran Mk2 class Shuttle Orbiter
Image
While the US Space Shuttle with its boosters and external fuel tank is the launch vehicle, the Buran Mk2 class is just "payload" aboard the Energia rocket. The Bruan does however have two sets engines (rocket and turbojet), enabling it to dynamically maneuver while in space, and to fly to a landing spot once in the atmosphere. The 2 turbojets on Buran, are the same model of engine that is used in the Su-27 Flanker. This turbojet develops a thrust of 12500 kgs in after-burning and 7700 kgf in maximum mode. The fuel consumption in maximum mode is 0.75 kg/(kgf*h) and 1.92 kg/(kgf*h), the minimal consumption of cruising is 0.67 kg/(kgf*h). The temperature of gases at exit of the turbojet is of 1665°K, the dry mass of the engine is 1530 kg, the length is 4.95 m, the maximum diameter is 1.18 m, and the diameter of entry is 0.905 m. Engines was installed on both sides of the drift to the top of the rear part of the shuttle. Their presence strongly increased the distance covered at the time of the re-entry in the atmosphere and simplified the landing. The Bruan class also has a more effective protective heat shield than the US Space Shuttle.

We welcome the opportunity to work closely together on this project. Several nations have approached us seeking solutions that our Lofted Harvest system is too small to complete. We propose working in tandem on this project, while also developing the next manned reusable shuttle for both our use.

We gladly will work with you in the development of your projects.
We would also like to invite you to be part of our Future Goals plan!

Goals/Future Projects of NW Canadian Space Command

Besides the defense of NW Canada, NW Canada Space Command has the long term goals of:
1. Establishing a permanently manned orbital installation for the purposes of orbital construction, and scientific research.

2. The construction of the Eagle series Lander/Orbital Workhorse for use in orbital construction and for use as a lander unit for landing on the moon and eventually Mars.

3. The construction of the Inter System Transport Vehicle (ISTV) whose purpose if to enable travel first from Earth orbit to the moon and eventually to Mars.

4. The construction of a permanent Lunar base

5. Reaching Mars and establishing a temporary foothold base which will be an “anchor” to aid in further Mars missions

Proposed NW Canadian Orbital Installations
Space Dock
This orbital installation will be constructed to be a base of operations for further orbitial construction projects. It will be a point of assembly, storage and logistics.

Concept One/Possible Phase One

Concept Two/Possible Phase Two
Image

Proposed Eagle series Lunar Landing/Transfer Vehicle and Orbital Workhorse (modified version possible Mars Lander)
This craft will be the work horse of the space programs going forward. It will be used to aid in orbital construction and be used a Lunar Lander and possibly a Martian Lander with modification. Its Propulsion units are the ex-Soviet 11B97. The 11B97 was a Soviet nuclear electric rocket engine developed from 1978 through 1986. It was designed with enough propellant to work for 16,000 hours and the nuclear reactor would have been three years of life. It is capable of move up to 100 tonnes of mass to a geostationary orbit but there is an issue of nuclear contamination in an Earth Like environment. This would not pose an issue in an outer space or Lunar environments.

Inter-System Transfer Vehicle (ISTV)
The Inter-System Transfer Vehicle is a craft that is to be used to transport personnel and material between Earth and the Moon, and eventually to Mars and beyond. The main propulsion unit is a NERVA (Nuclear Engine for Rocket Vehicle Application) rocket engine. One Lunar Landing/Transfer Vehicles could be docked to its spine beneath the section with the communications array and solar panels.

Possible Moon Base (Possible Prototype for Martian Base)
This is the concept for a possible Moon Base. Once the initial buildings (the foot hold phase) are constructed, expansion of the base would continue beneath it underground. If successful this type of facility might be the start of a Martian Base, or a base on one of the Martian moons.

It would be our honor to be a part of such an undertaking. After consultations with the HRC government they have committed funds to begin this project in earnest. Trinity Aerospace's board of directors have further pledged to match the HRC's contribution of funds. The technical expertise our two nations bring to this equation are breathtaking. We whole heartedly accept.

We are open to a long term lease of a Lofted Harvest system for 1.8 billion, or an outright purchase of a unit for 6 billion.

Due to the sensitive nature of the system you will be transporting the HRC Navy will escort you to insure the safe arrival of your cargo.
