The launching with suitable boosters will be funded in whole by the same HRC grant that is rebating your purchase. The Lofted Harvest vehicle is not for sale, but can be leased on a per mission basis. Currently Trinity Aerospace is in the final phase of testing of an orbital SAR system and release for export is expected within the next 60 days. Trinity Aerospace is willing to cover the remainder of your purchase price in exchange for your agreement to utilize experimental developing systems on the satellites in question. Should you agree the system will be launched into orbit and turned over to you at no charge in exchange for these concessions.
