SAW Version
A box feed system on a bullpup rifle would be cumbersome and akward so a 70 round magazine has been put in it's place. It also comes with a free bipod.

Marksman Version
The Marksman Version has the longest barrel in the LAE Weapons System for increased accuracy, a bipod and highpower scope have been fitted, also the magazine capacity has been reduced to 15 rounds.

While the LACMAW may look similar to the RPG-7 it is much more advanced, featuring fire and forget guidance, laser tracking as well as dumb firing. The laser tracking requires the user to stay out of cover for a while but allows for pinpoint accuracy, there is a laser on the rockets sight system but can also track other lasers used by hand held laser designators or lasers mounted in other rifles. The fire and forget mode allows the user to quickly pop out of cover, fire and then hide again keeping safe from enemy fire but decreases accuracy. The dumbfire mode fires a rocket unguided.
