Air Force X as it was called, the new Air Force upgrades the already veteran Air Units of the Trivvalian Holy Air Force. However, there are a few things that the Air Force was lacking that could not just be shifted around, and so we come to Alliance Armaments to purchase the following systems:

We are currently able to pay up to NS$2.096Tn (NS$2'096'238'587'366, or 33% of the current Defense Budget), and this can be paid every year until the total amount plus 5% (or otherwise determined intrest) is paid off. However, should it be required, we can pay up to NS$ 3.144Tn (NS$3'144'357'881'049, or 50% of the current Defense Budget). Up to three years of this plan can be paid in advance.

It is with great pleasure that I am able to report that Alliance Armaments stands ready to supply your defense needs. I am able to report that the expected Class M cruiser has recently entered service with the Inutoland Naval Forces as the Mars-class Stealth Cruiser. You may also be interested in replacing some or all of your order of Bulwark-class destroyers with the new Chieftain-class Stealth Destroyer. These have recently been added to our storefront <OOC: I just did it>.

We will concentrate on the construction of other elements of your order pending final confirmation of your request for the Mars- and Chieftain-classes.

THe naval part of your order comes to NS $1,329,825,000,000 including Centrist Government discount but excluding the Cruiser and Destroyer part of your order. Assuming you buy a number of Mars- and Chieftain-classes equal to your order, this will add another NS $332.35 billion.

Lastly, having come in occupation of Port Lian recently - a largely swampy area - we are in the process, under the DEF300, of creating a division for the Jungle/Marshlands for use in an offensive and defensive role. Therefore, we wish to purchase the following. Please note, if the DPRs for the following are available, we will take it.

DPR are available for all requested items. As this will be more cost effective for you, we are giving you the price for DPR, not for the requested items. We are quite willing to manufacture them for you if you prefer, but it will be considerably more expensive with the numbers you require. DPR for all required items will come to a mere NS $10.2 billion.

The Second part of the DEF300 program was the upgrade and reorganisation of the Air Force. Air Force X as it was called, the new Air Force upgrades the already veteran Air Units of the Trivvalian Holy Air Force. However, there are a few things that the Air Force was lacking that could not just be shifted around, and so we come to Alliance Armaments to purchase the following systems:

DPRs for these UAVs/UCAVs come to NS $7.52 billion, plus another $4 billion for the Atlatl system. We will instruct the technical experts whom we will send to aid you in establishing your construction facilities to aid your people in performing all necessary compatibility checks and adjustments.

Lastly, with the development of Army XI and Air Force X we will be requiring the DPRs for the following Munition Systems so that we will beable to upgrade our warfare capabilities into the modern era.

Again we state that these changes are intended to be implimented over a number of years and a payment plan is intended to run over several years. We are currently able to pay up to NS$2.096Tn (NS$2'096'238'587'366, or 33% of the current Defense Budget), and this can be paid every year until the total amount plus 5% (or otherwise determined intrest) is paid off. However, should it be required, we can pay up to NS$ 3.144Tn (NS$3'144'357'881'049, or 50% of the current Defense Budget). Up to three years of this plan can be paid in advance.
