Our Naval Chief of Staff is requesting trainers for our maintainence personnel, and sailors, either by way of semi-permanent station for a year or two, or by way of a several month long course. We are willing to pay 1 million Emmirean Sovereigns per class or per employee. Our current payments will come in one lump sum within the month as we have just finished defense allocations.
