Dear Sirs,
we are proudly announcing the opening of the INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR OF DUROLAND (ITFD) in our capital city of Vittoria.
This Fair constitutes the perfect showcase for companies and products of any kind and coming from any country.
The ITFD is a permanent fair, thus giving Your company a 24/7 shopwindow in front of the trade world.
In particular, it is the reference point for the whole Halogaland region, counting more than 1.7 billion people with fair to excellent spending potential.
Our Fair represents the opportunity to make your companies and products known in our region and throughout the world.
Separate Pavillions are set up for the following industries:
1. Food, Agriculture
2. Automotive
3. Distribution, Services, Organizations (including no-profit and humanitarian ones)
4. Tourism, Travel
5. Science, Education, Publishing, Health and Fitness
6. Telecommunications, Showbusiness, Cinema, Music
7. Energy, Heavy Industry, Mining, Raw Materials, Wood
8. Building Contractors and Materials, Home Trading, Architecture
9. Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances
10. Other/Various
Stands of varying size will be available for the price of $ 5,000.00 per month for the standard module stand of 2x3 m = 6 sqm (approx. 64 sq feet).
Stands can be rented for multiples of mentioned module. Minimum renting time is three (3) months.
Discounts apply as follows:
- 5% discount for stands of 20+ modules (120 sqm = 1290 sq feet)
- 7% discount for stands of 50+ modules (300 sqm = 3229 sq feet)
- 10% discount for stands of 100+ modules (600 sqm = 6458 sq feet)
The abovementioned prices are just for the rent of the space, as is usual.
Each stand lot will have at least one (1) electric socket every module and one (1) phone socket per stand.
Although not directly producing any installation or service, the ITFD will provide a range of services to the clients through a list of selected third part providers, which include catering, security and specialist builders.

Note 1: Should you want to be present in more than one Pavillion, please fill more forms, one per each Pavillion. Any incomplete application will be rejected.
Note 2: The following is a list of goods/industries which will NOT be accepted in the ITFD: drugs, tobacco, arms (with the possible exception of self-defense arms), any goods/materials forbidden by Duroland’s Law. The Direction of the ITFD retains the right to reject in any moment an application without being obliged to provide justification.
Note 3: The ITFD is a private company with a 10% partecipation by the Vittoria City Council and a 1% partecipation by the Kingdom of Duroland Ministry of Commerce.
Note 4: Because, but not only, of what said in Notes 2 and 3, the ITFD retains the right to refuse partecipation to companies and/or countries which do not adhere to moral standards shared by the Kingdom of Duroland’s Government. This is particularly referring to those Countries actively doing, supporting or merely accepting immoral practises like piracy, slavery and slave trade.

This is a SHOWCASE, not a discussion thread or an active RP’ing thread. Its goal is to have coherent lists of competitive companies/organizations.
The idea came to me as I was wandering helpless among all the threads in the Storefronts forum without finding the suppliers I needed.
PLEASE carefully fill in the form before submitting. If the link to your storefront isn’t working, I cannot fix it for you and I don’t have the time to go back and forth to fix things.
You CAN submit a form for a company without a storefront (although these companies tend to get zero business) and if you set up a storefront afterward, you can ask to add the storefront link to the original form.
IMPORTANT: Although, as said, this is a showcase and not an RP thread, it’s still a “traditional” NS RP thing. Therefore, any incoherent, badly mis-spelled, poorly RP’ed post will be ignored
