It is the belief of the Germanic Defense Conglomerate that the Product Testing of the Free Army Procurement Division is of an excellent quality, and would therefore wish to inquire about the possibility of it testing one of our weapon systems. The GDC would be willing to pay a contracted sum for the testing of each variant of of the MAR-11 Modular Weapons System. Furthermore if the possibility still exists, we would be willing to allow the Free Army Procurement Division to buy the DPR of the MAR-11, an event that would be a record breaking incident for our corporation, as the DPR is currently restricted for foreign entities. The GDC in it's belief to produce wares that coincide with our motto, lethality, mobility, and survivability, wish to make this request because we believe in third party testing of our weapon systems to prove their reliability and combat attributes. Our government believes in making top quality products, and this testing would assist us in making the proper modification in areas that are currently lacking.

We have provided a link above to our online catalog concerning our weapons system, and provided below is an attachment regarding the information you have already requested of the other participants. Regardless of your response on our viability in this competition, which has already closed, we hope that your division is still willing to negotiate a deal on Product Testing.
