Mr. Taft, we have reviewed your catalog for agricultural and industrial tires and found all of the available products to fulfill our needs. Unfortunately, our agricultural equipment are provided with a vast assortment of options in rim sizes and options.

as said in our previous letter, we went through our price lists in order to set up a pricing proposal which could accomodate for the vast array of tyre models and sizes you would need.
You must understand that this is not a standard commercial procedure for us and we are undergoing such an exceptional procedure only in view of the exceptional relationship which is starting between our companies.

Therefore, in order to over-simplify the price structure of our agreement, we suggest to divide each tyre model’s size range into no more than two brackets: sizes within 500 thread and sizes larger than 500 thread.
Consequently, the prices we would reserve to you would be as follows:

Model ARAS: size up to 500 = US$ 350 – size above 500 = US$ 760
Model ARSR: size up to 500 = US$ 28 – size above 500 = US$ 38
Model AISG: size up to 500 = US$ 1070 – size above 500 = US$ 1550
Model AISL: size up to 500 = US$ 1040 – size above 500 = US$ 1460
Model AISI: size up to 500 = US$ 920 – size above 500 = US$ 1320
Model AISA: size up to 500 = US$ 700 – size above 500 = US$ 990

These are the “basis” prices, upon which our agreed discounts will apply.
