We are unable to fulfil most of your orders, as they would require extensive, and very expensive, research.

Here is however what we could do:

5 Modified T-3500 "Manticore": A T-3500 armed with a larger gun then its current calibre, maybe remove the turret but this is at the worse case scenario if a larger turret cannot be made to hold the larger gun.

This is feasible and can be done with a pair of 400mm guns if desired, at the expense of course with a slightly lesser ammunition payload.

5 Modified T-3500 "Ghoul": Modified with anti-aircraft artillery and equipment and SAMs in place of standard armament.

We can of course replace the standard armament with four Kashtan gun-missile CIWS if needed.

3 Modified T-3500 "Daeva": Main armament of this T-3500 is replaced with a rocket launching system which doesn't matter how many missiles are placed into this system as long as they are adequate

We do not fully understand this requirement. We can of course fit six Manticore missile launchers on the tank.

As for the other vehicles, most of this would probably require us to research new vehicles from scratch. This would require large amounts of funding.

I am calling on the behalf of our country's armed forces. Currently, we are in no possession of armor, having long predicated a good defense on aerial superiority and paying little attention to ground forces. However, as our current internal conflicts are occurring on large, flat plains that would be ideal to armored divisions and maneuvering, and our Air Army has so far had extreme difficulty in corralling the situation, and our Ground Force is deployed to its limits, we are hoping that purchasing your main armored vehicles will help, at a minimum, in dissuading attacks, and perhaps even help our nation maintain its unity in the face of radical insurgents, which we believe will be easier to defeat with significant armor deployments. For that reason, I am authorizing the purchase of 60 of your T-95AL MBTs, at a total cost of 400 billion Dirhams, or $400 million internationally.

Unfortunately, given our inexperience with armor, we would like to inquire as to the possibility, keeping in mind that we are an equine nation, of sending instructors or trainers to assist our armored troops in training and handling these vehicles prior to actual combat. Training sites are well away from the conflict zone and, even with domestic terrorism on the rise in some parts of the country, the risk to your operatives would be low to nonexistent.

Finally, I would like to inquire about alternative payment methods. While we can afford the acquisition, this purchase would be equal to nearly half of our annual procurement budget. Given our ongoing counterinsurgency campaign, our budget is already extremely constrained, and I fear that purchasing these tanks, while important, is not as necessary as the purchase of food, water, bullets, and other supplies for our troops currently in the field. For that reason, pursuant to the Agency Payments Act 2002, I would like to request the possibility, pending likely Parliamentary approval, to instead issue bonds, worth D500 billion or $500 million internationally, and due in 10 years, at an annual percentage rate of roughly 1%, which your company could then either keep and collect on or sell and receive an amount equal or greater than that requested for this payment. Note that the bonds would be issued in Dirham, our domestic currency.

We would like to offer - free of charge - the deployment of 75 trained Allanean Arms instructors, with experience in the Free Kingdom Armed Forces or the Greater Prussian Armed Forces, who will train the relevant personnel in maintaining the T95AL main battle tank, tank tactics, and operation of the vehicle. In total they will seek to train up to 500 troops in your country - the drivers and crew of the tanks, the relevant mainteance personnel, and other persons who will directly be involved in handling the new vehicles. 2 T-3500 "Gaza":Main armament replaced with a large howitzer cannon of some sort or whatever may be suitable, upon reaching a set distance the shell explodes, producing a loud sonic boom and extreme air pressure that may cause extreme hearing damage if not protected from said noise.(OOC:Based upon the Thunder Generator, and a combination of sorts with a Baneblade variant from Warhammer 40k, the Banehammer.)

T-3500 "Gaza-B":If the first is not possible, a more unrealistic approach in the original proposal of this plan was to replace the primary armament with a sort of cannon that fires upon shell which burrows itself into the earth, exerting extreme air pressure and underground air pressure with a energy release equal to that of modern atomic bombs or at least a atomic bomb in general, opening up the earth and creating a large sinkhole-like crater.


2 T-3500 "Ashdod":Replace the main cannon with that of a larger caliber that performs well in extreme ranges.

2 T-3500 "Ashkelon": Retrofit the main cannon with that of a infantry assault howitzer and somehow remove some part of the Tank to allow transportation of infantry.(Gun concept based upon the StuH 42 and Doomhammer Baneblade variant from WH40k)

2 T-3500 "Ekron":Replace main armament with a smaller barrel gun but with heavy gauge suppressors allowing it to fire more high-caliber ammunition without tearing the vehicle apart to rip apart enemies in close quarters fighting but keep the devastation in a relatively small area.(Based upon Warhammer 40k Baneblade variant Hellhammer)

2 T-3500 "Gath":Used to combat other super heavy tanks.Replace main armament with a large caliber cannon then larger then the "Ashdod", transform the weapon into a fixed turret tank destroyer allowing it to fight at extreme long-ranges. At the end of the barrel there must be a tank barrel/tripod(tank gun stabilizer?) making the cannon stationary, giving the tank a low gun traverse arc but will be in the back of the line anyway. A upgrade to the targeting systems as well.(Based on the Shadowsword)

2 T-3500 "Gezer":Main cannon downgraded, a T-3500 with more independent firing systems fitted for urban combat(Similar to the T-35 in practice)

2 T-3500 "Rapha":Similar to "Gath" model but is made to combat infantry, replace main armament with some sort of major anti-infantry system allowing it to act as a extremely heavy machine gun with a large rounds per minute as well enable it to pierce lightly armored infantry fighting vehicles.

All other models will remain the normal variant, extra money has been provided for this purchase for the replacing and upgrades of the vehicles.
