We are forced to currently reject this order as described, principally in light of the fact that the terms of the payment of the installments are not amenable to the companies represented. We propose, however, the following: we will receive $30 billion New Dornalian Dollars as described, and the rest as a loan by Othlon Bank, International, to be repaid at 3% APR over the course of 10 years.

OOC: I don't have it in me to go over right now OOC and check the math in your order. But obviously no international arms company would just accept a ten-year-deal like this without significant APR. I also don't know how much the attached consulting services would cost. If we assume the math is accurate then the Arkavans would end up paying somewhere in the ballpark of 20.5 extra billion via the accumulated interest (excluding any payment for the attached service that were not explicitly priced

Thank you for your prompt reply to our inquiry. We understand Allanean Defense Exports position completely, and are happy to work with you on providing payment in full to ADE up front. After your recommendation, at my request, the Minister of the Treasury contacted Othlon Bank, Intl directly to secure additional funding for this order at the stated 3% interest charge plus administration fees. We were able to secure the amount necessary to ensure the entire cost of the order is deposited before the end of the week on our behalf. We hope this will prove satisfactory, please let me know if there are any further concerns or logistical issues we need to discuss before moving forward.

For an amount this large I figured a multi-year purchasing contract would be more realistic, ten years may be a tad long though, admittedly. The math should be pretty close but that's there more for my personal use in RP than anything else, unless you feel a need to double check then by all means. The advisors/consultation costs were more for RP sake than anything else, no need to worry there unless you want to.

Hello, This communique goal is to Investigate the possible purchase of armaments form your company. The current weapons systems we are interested in purchasing are the following:

In terms of the tactical utility of the Kazansky Heavy Industriess T-3500 Superheavy Battle Tank, we regretfully inform you that the principal utility of this unit is not as a true tank, but either in a prestige unit (to be demonstrated at parades or exercises) , or, on rare occasions, as superheavy artillery to support breakthrough operations (in most cases, smaller 240mm or 203mm artillery will suffice). In the use of the T-3500 as a prestige vehicle, whatever organization suits your fancy will suffice, as in such cases the vehicle does not engage in combat. If your intent is to make use of the T-3500 as superheavy artillery we suggest purchasing them in units of 3 and otherwise supporting them as you would regular artillery.

In terms of the AMS-30 mobile sauna unit clearly the question is how many personnel do you expect would require such support for their hygiene requirements in the field, and how frequently do people expect to bathe (while in some cultures people expect to bathe once a day, in some others it is considered acceptable to bathe once per two days – the answer is further also affected by climate considerations as in a hot climate personnel may require bathing twice a day or even more).

We propose an initial batch of 100 AMS-30 sauna vehicles to be tested by your personnel, and an increase order going forward if these are seen fit for purpose.
