Every nation has the right to nuclear power, regardless of how much so called 'moral' nations wish to horde it for themselves. Burgjano wishes to help the poor peoples of the world, either powerless, or suffering under the pressure of smog from coal plants. We have begun to transition to clean nuclear power, and it has benefited us tremendously already. We shun those corrupt nations that disguise their oppression of non-nuclear nations under 'no nuclear proliferation'. Even the most evil dictator does not want to be blasted off the surface of the earth, why do you have a fantasy that so many are jumping at the opportunity of MAD?
As the nation of Burgjano does not need much nuclear power, and we do not have nuclear weapons tech, and have little reason to have nukes, we are willing to sell raw Uranium ore on the cheap. Uranium will be shipped on an armed cargo vessel in a series of shipments no larger than 100t each, and are escorted by Juel Patrol Vessels. You are welcome to escort the cargo with your own ships, if you like. In addition, a Burgjano diplomat will be on-board. Burgjano will fly an aircraft to your nearest airport to bring these personnel back. If a deal becomes an international incident after agreement, and Burgjano faces an existential, or political threat, we will be forced to step back from the deal. If the money is already paid, it will be refunded. If you need raw uranium for your, ehem, perfectly legal, peace loving reactors, please place your bid soon.
Burgjano uranium mining makes up a large amount of the nations productivity now, and as such it is able to produce a substantial amount of the ore for its size. While the exact tonnage of Uranium produced is a national secret, we have been building up uranium stores for several fiscal years with little of it being used or exported. We are willing to sell up to 1,500 tons currently in storage, or a fixed quantity of ore for up to ten(10) years. Of course, the most economical method of purchase is in bulk.
We are not willing to sell the mines out right, but we may be willing to lease them. Current geologic reports suggest substantial uranium deposits, but more extensive surveying is required to truly know how much Uranium Burgjano has. It has been difficult in the past to survey the nation due to its very difficult terrain. We have multiple uranium deposits. One is located near a major city, far upstream our major river. This deposit is where most of our mines are. Another deposit has recently been discovered in the rain forests of the south. The size and scale of this deposit is largely unknown, and new mines have recently been set up there. These sites are known as the upper and lower Uranium sites respectively.
We will work with you to determine a payment method that works for you. If you need more Uranium than you can afford, then Burgjano may offer you a loan to pay for it. In addition, there are many other ways to pay for the Uranium, such as leasing your own natural resources, alliances, or small tracts of land.
