Budget and Payment Preferences
-Our yearly military budget is 791 thousand million American Maravedis. After conversions, and considering the 20% allocated for military purchases, that budget reserves total 53-54 thousand million NS$.
-We would like to do payments from this reserves, the price based on exchange rates for whenever the order is accepted, and payment adjusted for inflation upon delivery. We would also rather do the purchase on Elektrograd's prefered currency: no need to use intermediate currencies if they prefer it that way.
-We would like to conduct testing quickly, and assume there's reserves of vehicles, armament and light weapons or they are in service already with the FSSU Air Force. For all equipment delivered in less than 1 year, we would pay an extra 10%. For every equupment delivered after 3rd year since acceptance of the order, we will pay 10% less (over total price) per year of delay. If these terms aren't appreciated, we will search a seller willing to lease/sell on schedule.

Delivery Details
Vehicles, rifles, ammunitions, spare parts, support personnel and any other support equipment should be delivered on La Habana's military dockyards, our main military port closest to Elektrograd's factories. Testing will take place on other locations, and any materiel will be moved by local cargo ships to the continent.
A main local logistical unit will be set on La Habana to receive, organize and move deliveries, and relocate support personnel if needed, as well as others on any location where equipment will be tested
