Neptune Petroleum owns an estimated 900 petrol stations within SJT, supplying motorists with over one billion litres of gasoline annually. Regular (unleaded), Premium, Diesel, and Racing Fuels* (see below for details of fuel types) are available at Neptune stations, with a pay-as-you-go** filling price (will vary by location). In addition, electric charging stations*, as well as manual car wash nozzles and vacuums, are also available at petrol stations.

Grab a quick bite or gulp, take a much-needed break, or quickly get what you need from the ATM at NeptuneGo, a convenience store brand located as part of Neptune Petroleum filling stations. NeptuneGo has clean restrooms and ATM services, as well as quick foods, drinks, reading material, essentials, tobacco products***, and alcohol*** for sale at low prices for customers are on the road and don't have time to look for or visit a full store.

NeptuneSpark
With more and more vehicles relying on more eco-friendly power sources rather than fuel, Neptune makes sure everyone is covered. At NeptuneSpark electric vehicles can be charged for only 1.50 platz ($2.67).






*Not available at all locations.
**Due to federal safety laws, fuel must be filled by a station attendant. It is illegal for customers to pump gas, except when filling from cans outside petrol stations. At locations outside of SJT, local laws apply.
***By the SJTs Federaldaz faer Reguleigns af Tobako unt Alkohol, 1995 (SJT Federal Act for Regulation of Tobacco and Alcohol, 1995), it is illegal to sell tobacco products and alcoholic beverages to persons under the ages of 16 and 18 (19 for spirits), respectively. Alcoholic beverages are not sold at Grasiland locations on Sundays due to local prohibition laws.

Oil Processing

An oil tanker operated by Neptune Petroleum.

Neptune Petroleum gets its oil by drilling, either on owned land or by boat in the Atlantic Ocean. Due to SJT's lack of natural oil resources, most oil processed to make fuels is drilled on land owned by Neptune overseas and imported. It is processed and made into crude oil (petrol) at Neptune's refinery in the region of Genum-Ogur.

Fuel Types
Neptune Petroleum offers six different types of fuel, applying to a wide range of customers:


Regular (unleaded) processed crude oil for cars, available at all Neptune filling stations (prices vary by location). Unlike most basic fuels, Neptune Regular is made with ethanol to maximize combustion and reduce emissions.


Higher-grade petrol for vehicles with a higher octane rating. Cost (varies by location) is slightly higher than Regular.


Diesel fuel for heavy vehicles, trucks, or diesel-powered cars.


Fuel for competitive vehicles. Neptune Petroleum is the official fuel provider for the SNARA (SJT National Auto Racing Association)


Fuel made to power aircraft high above the clouds. All aircraft taking off from Ashkabia Airport are powered by NeptuneAviation.


Fuel for spacecraft. Neptune Petroleum is an official fuel provider for the SJT National Space Program.

CEO Hallen to retire early next year

Mr Hallen announced his retirement
as CEO today. He is expected to step
down in February of next year.

Mr William Hallen, CEO of Neptune Petroleum, has announced his retirement from the workfield, and as the head of Neptune Petroleum, in February 2015. A successor has not yet been found. We at Neptune would like to thank Mr Hallen for all of the great work he has done for the company since he stepped up to the position in 1991 and wish him the best of luck in his retirement.
