By using Dragon Banking and Investment servicing and establishing accounts here, you hereby agree to all of the following conditions.

By establishing an account, you hereby agree to never use your accounts for illegal purposes. You also agree not to use your accounts to hit illegal assets or profits. If any of the above occurs, your account can be frozen until you may be found guilty or innocent of such actions. If you are found guilty of doing the above, your account can be terminated, an your assets in our bank, liquidated.

it shall be the duty of bank personnel to report a possible crime if it is suspected to occur; however, the staff is not required to search out for such instances.

If an account is left inactive for too long, it may be liquidated.

In the event that an account holder is being investigated for a crime, the bank reserves the right to freeze all accounts belonging to that person. If the person is found guilty, his or her assets may be liquidated. If the person is deemed innocent, the accounts may be reopened upon request of the holder.

If an account holder dies without 'willing' or signing over the account that he or she possesses, then those accounts may be liquidated after 30 days.

By establishing an account, you also agree to pay all fees and dues associated with any of your accounts.

Stocks may not be withdrawn from being sold after the acceptance of your form to sell them has been accepted/approved by the bank.

If your account is hacked, showing incorrect information, has been modified without your permission, it is your (the account holder's) responsibility to report it to bank personnel.

Bank personnel have the right to modify, freeze, or terminate any account for legal, ethical, maintenance, and security purposes.

If you disagree with the actions of a bank personnel regarding your accounts, you may report them online or directly to the Human Resources Department of Dragon Banking and Investments.
