To Mr Charles Cassidy of Vibrance Ocean Voyages, Costa Aluria:Greetings! This property is certainly befitting of your company's direction! Regarding your enquiries, we've mentioned in the property description that the land was previous undeveloped, as it is one of the most prime land in all of the Aspari Syndicate. Other than the property grounds purchased, LPG has also secured a 2km wide forest perimeter outside our large complex. Understanding the importance and geographical value of the land, the resort complex itself uses very little energy and causes very little pollution, almost 30% lesser than standard resorts. Also, conserving the beautiful coral reefs in the ocean as well as a clear horizon will definitely prove to be a point of our environmental consideration. This plot of land, along with several others around it, have not been sold on the market, and is graciously issued to us by the Aspari leadership, hence it is neither touched nor developed. The resort will hopefully be developed into a proper storefront, and we will approach shareholders to discuss any initiatives to do so. Should that be actualised, we believe it is beneficial to engage more natural activities to be held there.
Furthermore, as requested, Legion Properties Group will work with the local authorities with the protection of surrounding natural habitats and environments, however within the Oceanfront Resorts Aspari compound, natural conservation will be left to the board of directors, although LPG holds majority of shares as of right now.
Regarding your extended purchase of shares, LPG will discuss with the Aspari Syndicate, and would highly be approved should a corporation from Costa Aluria express interest to run this resort as a proper storefront. This would be a very essential negotiation token for extended purchases like such. However, do also note that should Costa Aluria be interested, to do so quickly before the remainder stocks get taken up.
Regarding your interest in surveying the site, I myself, along with Mr Luthor Martell, LPG Advocate from the Aspari Syndicate, would like to cordially invite Mr Cassidy to join us on a weekend survey of the complex, and perhaps answer any outstanding questions you may have regarding the property!
Lastly, we look forward to your formal application! Thank you very much for your interest!
Signed,
Mr Edwin Jackson
