We are slightly disheartened to hear that the 20% has been declined; but that is a minor matter. We are now even more interested in acquiring partial ownership of the hotel! That is even better for us and our rich people! As for the application; (I cant believe I forgot to fill it out) we have redone it; and hope that it is all proper.

Attention: Legion Property Group Management

Vibrance Ocean Voyages, a leading major cruiseliner devoted to bringing guests the best in the recreation activity, has recently begun plans to expand our operations. While we have been a well known name in the tourism field for some time thanks to our worldwide cruise services, we now seek to expand into other resort properties. This expansion includes a public request to purchase lands. Now, as further expansion we turn to your property group for greater exposure to possibilities.

In addition to the lands requested as noted above, our company is interested in investing in resort hotels of all kinds. Your company came to our attention recently with the development of the Matyrona Opulence Hotel, a project which we considered investing in to diversify our portfolio. However, we must note that the asking price of $500 million NSD for a 10% share was a bit hard to swallow, and ultimately led to our decision to pass on the opportunity. It was simply too steep a price point given the other possible investments for our company, given that for roughly twice this price we could invest in another cruiseliner to be solely operated by, and subsequently solely profitable by, our company.

It is with this in mind that we come to you today, seeking to purchase outright if possible, and to invest heavily into if outright purchase is not feasible, the development of resort areas. It is our sincere hope that there will be more tourism related projects coming soon to the Legion Property Group portfolio. However, our business sense can only allow us to invest in projects that are reasonably priced so as to allow for a substantial profit margin. We understand the complications associated with this request, but we are certain that your expertise can bring positive results.

Dear sirs/madams,

Vibrance Ocean Voyages would like to extend our sincere interest in purchasing a sharehold in the Oceanfront Resort Aspari. Having read the description of this property, we believe it to be in line with our company vision for expansion into different resort areas, and the projected financial statement included in the property listing has been of great assistance in considering this as a Vibrance investment. If allowed, we would be interested in purchasing a 20% share in this property, though we understand if we are limited to just a 5% share.

However, before we can continue with a potential share purchase, there are some unaddressed issues upon which we would like to inquire. First and foremost, the Vibrance philosophy is that beautiful environments combine with beautiful peoples and cultures to make for exciting destinations. As such, we are dedicated to ensuring that our guests have unparalleled access to natural environments. Our question, therefore, is quite simple. We would like to know the accessibility to, and subsequently the local protection of, environments of natural beauty. Our sincere hope is that there is ample access to such areas, and without such access we will retract our offer to purchase shares.

Secondly, provided that there is such access to natural areas of interest, we would like to send a survey team to the location to gain valuable first hand experience of the property. As the final decision maker for all projects, I myself would like to visit the property as part of this team. A final decision on the potential purchase of shares will only come after such a site visit.
