Whether you are looking for a delicious brick oven pizza, an alternative selection from our menu, or a refreshing brew option, Beacon Point Brewhouse has what you are looking for. Our hand tossed pizzas are loaded with quality toppings and sauces, and then baked in our wood-fired brick ovens to the perfect texture. Any pizza aficionado knows the veracity of this technique; a wood fired pizza baked in an oven that maintains a constant and even high temeperature simply is the most enjoyable pizza on the market. Many times over, our pizzas have rated higher than our competitors based on eye appeal, texture, and most importantly, overall taste. Our pizza cooks take their knowledge to create pies using the freshest of ingredients which compliment each other in many varied ways. Whatever your fancy, we have a pizza that will fit your tastes.

As our restaurant has grown, we have periodically introduced new and alternative items to our menu. In addition to our pizzas, we offer soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas, seafood, and steak options. With so much variety, we know we have a meal for any discerning diner.

To compliment our variety of pizzas and other menu items, we brew and bottle our own ales and beers in our own in house microbrewery, giving the same attention to detail for our brews that we do for our pizzas and other menu items. Our brew kettles are loaded up with the freshest hops, barleys, grains, and other ingredients, and brewed to a delectable consistency and balanced mixture. From there, our brews are fermented with yeast and naturally carbonated, where they are bottled and tapped for your enjoyment. We are certain that we have a beer that will be pleasing to each distinctive palette.

When our owner, Ezekiel Solomon, founded Beacon Point Brewhouse in 1994, all he knew about the restaurant business was that he liked pizza, and he liked beer. And he had an idea that other people probably liked these things as well. Now, as our company enters its 20th year in operation, we are turning our attention to bringing our pizza and beer to a global scale, with the idea that certainly people in other parts of the world like pizza and beer too. It's a philosophy that has served us well within Coastal Communities, and as it has been famously said, "If it aint broke, don't try to fix it."

We are certain there are pizza and beer fans out there who would love to become Beacon Point Brewhouse patrons on an international level; we respectfully submit to your demands to bring our restaurants to a community near you.

It was 1994 and then 23 year old Ezekiel Solomon had an idea. He loved pizza. He loved beer. And although he had received a bachelor's degree from a local Coastal Communities university, it was a liberal arts degree in philosophy. Solomon didn't know the darndest thing about opening a restaurant. But he knew that other people loved pizza and beer too. And that was all that he needed to know. With that, Solomon set out make the dream a reality, and bring the best in the business to Coastal Communities, even in light of the skeptics who didn't think it was possible by somebody so unknown in the business.

Solomon sought out a prominent icon for his soon to be restaurant and brewery. Solomon considered many symbols, he kept coming back to the icon Coastal Communities was known for in itself—the lighthouse. Solomon knew of the history of the lightkeepers, steadfastly showing their dedication to keeping the beacon going. It was a brilliant symbol of the perseverance needed by a brewer in bringing the highest quality ales. But more than that, the light from the beacon is a familiar sight to mariners at sea, returning from a long journey. It is, in fact the comfort of home. And that is exactly what Solomon sought to bring to the restaurant industry—a welcome sight of home. And there was no better icon of Coastal Communities than that of the beacon; with each community boasting its own version of the lighthouse, each citizen would have their own sentiments about home with a familiar beacon.

Solomon knew what he must do. He searched for an appropriate site to house his idea, but one kept coming back. The now defunct lighthouse at Beacon Point. It had recently been replaced by a newer, unmanned version at the next set of cliffs. With haste, Solomon purchased the abandoned lot and began renovations. The tower, he figured, would make an excellent ventillation shaft for the microbrewery, while the keeper's quarters could prove useful for the restaurant proper.

On July 27, 1994, Solomon opened the doors to the Beacon Point Brewhouse to a packed crowd excited by the recent renovations.

Solomon learned a whole lot about brewing and baking that first year of business, and the local community would be the first to tell you that his lack of knowledge about the industry led to many mistakes. And yet the crowds still came. They understood the simple philosophy that Solomon had touted since day one, that people love pizza and beer. If a restraunteur could bring as much enthusiasm to the business as people desired to see in their dining experiences, it could happen. And happen it did.

By the third business year, Solomon had made plans to open up additional locations in surrounding communities to keep up with demand. And the Beacon Point Brewhouses opened in neighboring cities opened their doors to packed houses as well. Solomon knew he was on to something; he made plans to open Beacon Point Brewhouses in multiple communities throughout the nation, and the restaurant has expanded nationally since then, opening a few new locations yearly.

And now, on this our 20th anniversary, Beacon Point Brewhouse is expanding again. The time has come to introduce our gourmet pizza and craft beer to the world, fueled by our philosophy that people love pizza and beer; Certainly, if we build it, they will come. While our menu has grown over the years to include sandwiches, pasta, seafood, and steak, our heart is always with our pizza.

Each of our Brewhouse restaurants remains true to form; we construct and operate out of replica lighthouse buildings which serve as a memorable icon within each community. And when you see the beacon, you can know that you are coming home.

Proudly featuring brews from:

Image
Beacon Point Amber
Wonderfully copper-colored ale with slightly off-white head, our Beacon Point Amber has an aroma featuring citrusy hops with caramel and toasty notes. Its flavor is likewise reminiscent of caramel, while its body is round and moderately dry. The hops give this ale a supporting role and provide a clean finish.

SRM 14
ABV. 5.4%

Lightkeeper Ale
Lightkeeper Ale is a Coastal Brown Ale with a light brown color and tan head and a hop haze that is slight. It is assertively hopped over most Coastal Brown Ales, with a citrusy aroma and an understated malty sweetness. Its flavor is strongly hop forward, with citrus hop flavors at the start, malt flavors toward the middle, and a nice tingle of hops which lingers in the finish.

Mariner CPAImage
Mariner CPA is a balanced but strongly hopped Coastal Pale Ale. It is light golden amber in color, and its hoppy haze disapates as the beer rises in temperature. It has an aroma of piny hops and understated malt substructure. The full body balances the citrusy flavor and spicy finish with lingering bitterness, all results of its superior hop schedule. A gold medal winner at the third Alpen View Beer Festival.

Apricot Harbor AleImage
Our Apricot Harbor Ale is yellow in color with a hint of red tinging and a markedly cloudy hue. It has a sweet apricot aroma with a complexity heightened by a blend of apricots. Apricots take the lead in the flavor, with a smooth finish of a traditional wheat beer with barley undertones. A gold medal winner at the third Alpen View Beer Festival.

Cape Foulweather Hefeweizen
This pale yellow and cloudy hued Hefeweizen is brewed with wheat yeast and left in its unfiltered state. Its aroma and flavor combine elements of yeast notes, wheat tartness, and the citrus of hops. Try it with a slice of lime, lemon, or orange.

Foghorn Stout
Foghorn Stout is a full bodied, inky black Coastal Stout. It has a rich aroma featuring roasted and chocolate malts, accompanied with a hint of citrusy and spicy hops. Its flavor is a royal maltiness with roast pinnacles fading to a hop balanced, chocolate fullness.

Seacliff Pale AleImage
Seacliff Pale is honey-golden in color and hooded with a tenacious white head. It has an aroma reminiscent of hops with undertones of apricot, citrus, and spice. Seacliff's body is dry and balanced, and late addition hops keep the bitterness low while the hop aroma and flavor are relatively high. It finishes clean and dry, with a lingering mingling of mild malt body and citrusy dry hops. A bronze medal winner at the third Alpen View Beer Festival.

Rendevouz PorterImage
This medium bodied and roasty Coastal Brown Porter is a wonderful compliment to many Beacon Point Brewhouse meals despite its dark color. It is rich brown in color and boasts ruby red highlights and a light brown head. Its aroma exemplifies a malty blend of caramel and chocolate, with whispers of spice and smoke. Body wise, it showcases a muted maltiness with understated hop bitterness. It finishes clean and energizing. A silver medal winner at the third Alpen View Beer Festival.

Coast Range Raspberry WheatImage
Coast Range Raspberry is a wheat beer with reddish copper tones, a white head, and a prevailing haze. Its aroma is mainly fruity red raspberry, which is also the authoritative flavor as well. However the sweetness of the berries is balanced with the tart wheat malt. An understated spice in the hops gives a foundation to these flavors for a surprisingly multiplied fruit beer. A gold medal winner and the highest overall scorer at the third Alpen View Beer Festival.

Beacon Point Brewhouse is the brainchild and energy of Ezekiel Solomon. In 1994, at the age of 23, Solomon had a stroke of genius when he decided he would like to try his hand as a restauranteur. The peripherals did not matter to Solomon; the only thing that mattered was that he knew he liked pizza and he knew he liked beer. Solomon would be the first to admit that he learned a whole bunch about pizza, beer, and running a business those first few years. Now, he is a well respected business leader within Coastal Communities, known for inspiring young entrepreneurs to follow their passions despite a possible lack of clarifying detail. He is an oft-requested motivational speaker whose presentation is titled, "Peripherals Follow Passion." Despite his early learning curve, Solomon is now widely known throughout Coastal Communities as one of the best microbrewers in the nation.

Mr. Willymore,

Beacon Point Brewhouses has received your invitation to open five Brewhouses in good regard. We would be well pleased to expand into Tolmakia. As such, we are excited to inform you that your invitation has been approved.

We will now begin the task of constructing replica lighthouse restaurants in Meddli City, Menlani City, Westcourt Village, New Oxford City, and Sandton Divisions. We theme all of our Brewhouses with that of a lighthouse for familiar branding purposes. When your residents see the beacon, they can know that they are coming home.

We are passionate about bringing your the best in pizza, alternative menu items, and brew options, and we note that there is a workforce already in Tomlakia with similar ideals. We have made note of your recommendation of Kent Wholly for national director; we will be certain to schedule an interview with Mr. Wholly in the near future.

We believe you have made an excellent choice, and we sincerely hope you enjoy our Brewhouses.

Mr. Cornwall,

Beacon Point Brewhouse would like to thank you for your recent invitation to partner with the Nomad's Press. At this time we will only be pursuing a partial partnership.

While we have great respect for The Nomad's Press, we do not currently believe that offering books and reading material within our Brewhouses will enhance the dining experiences. Our Brewhouses are most often seen as a place of great social interaction, and the addition of literature in the restaurant does not necessarily project the image we would like to uphold. This is not to say that we do not respect books. I myself have a degree in philosophy, and love to read.

Similarly, we are not certain that a formal partnership on menu printing will enhance our dining experience either. Currently, we receive our printing from an established business within Coastal Communities. It is our assumption that as long as the printing is done correctly, it does not matter who has accomplished it. However, we are willing to cede a portion of our printing to The Nomad's Press. However, as this is a need which does not necessarily enhance the dining experience, it is not a partnership that we would be advertising on our partnership page.

We will be sure to contact you for our next printing order. We thank you for your assistance,

With passion,

Hail, and blessings of the gods, my good comrades. For a long while in Sacheyenya, it has been an issue that if someone wanted a beer and a pizza on the same night, they'd either be forced to attend two separate restaurants or resort to making it at home. Seeing this, however, I have taken notice that at least those in a few coastal communities about the empire may be able to afford this luxury. If it is successful here, I shall even invest in more. May the gods ever bless thy paths, and thank you for your cooperation.

30 July 2014

From the desk of Noah Cisterns, Minister of Commerce

Attention: Mr. Ezekiel Solomon

Mr. Solomon,

I come to you today on behalf of the chambers of commerce for cities within our nation who would like to invite your chain of restaurants into operation within Costa Aluria. We have heard of your global expansion, and we wish to be part of this exciting time for your company. It is energizing indeed to see somebody such as yourself who is following your passions. And now, we too, would like to share in your passions as many Costa Alurians have a strong desire for an upper-tier pizzeria and brew pub.

We seek at this time to invite a total of nineteen restaurants, throughout a number of communities. With a variety of locals and a very strong tourism market, we feel that these restaurants will be well served in their respective communities; as such we will consider these a test run and may send additional invitations at a future date.

We look forward to a prosperous showing by your restaurants, and we cannot wait to bring in quality pizza and beer from your brewhouses.

With great respect,

Noah Cisterns
Minister of Commerce

How accessible is a local workforce dedicated to bringing a superior product to your community?: We have a rapidly growing economy, with individuals who are dedicated to superior products and quality
Recommended national director, name and qualifications: [ ] Mr. Or [ ] Ms. Since pizza has historically been underrepresented in our islands, we do not have an immediate recommendation. However, we are certain that with a national search, several applicants will prove to be more than adequate.
Other considerations & Notes: Our nation has a number of lighthouses, some of which have fallen out of use. There may be the possibility of renovating some of these to serve as restaurants.
