To Banktree Firms:

Greetings. Following a series of wonderful designs and architectural marvels, the Recon Empire Ministry of Arts would like to commission the Banktree Firm to build the "King Lee I Imperial Concert Hall". The Recon Empire itself has 17 concert halls throughout the lands, each named after a royalty. However, the King Lee I Imperial Concert Hall is named after the incumbent Emperor, HIM Emperor-King Lee I, and is the first ever artistic venue named after a royalty of that status. The concert hall will also be the official residence of the Recon Imperial Philharmonic Orchestra. We are restraining no budget to commission a firm for this project. Hence, we believe Banktree Firms will have the knowledge and experience to craft the concert hall of an appropriate scale.

I commander Benjamin leader of the mighty Benian republic would like to enlist the skill of your highly decorated masons and architects in building a beautiful and ornate fortress for my "Black Flame Soldiers" wich are my special forces unit. I would like to have it both beautiful and strong I was wondering of you would be willing to buil it on one of our mountains we would like it to have walls thick enough to withstand a couple months of siege and reinforced with steel we would also like a few artillery guns able to come through openings in the ground and any other ideas for making it a exquisite building. Although we could not be as precise as your expectations, you will be pleased to know that we have made the structure camouflaged (which is one of our specialties) to look small from the outside but house a full military center within. The bunker, as seen in the blueprints, is located underneath a building meant to look like a regular home but offering full protection in case of a need for evacuation. We hope you are satisfied.
