- Ability to modify vessels for increased conformity to standard Mallaskan Navy equipment
- Ability to remove, add, or rechamber native weapon systems for standardized armaments for logistical ease

With our preferred conditions, we also certify that these vessels will only be used by the Mallaskan Armed Forces and will not be resold or given to any party not under control of the Mallaskan government. The Confederate Naval Service, department of the Ministry of War, has recently issued a requirement for several modern fleet destroyers to augment the Service's power projection ability and to replace or support our current fleet of obsolete Type 6 destroyers. Due to TVCOM's lack of a domestic heavy industry or shipbuilding capability to create such a vessel, we have decided to turn to Alcyoneum Shipworks Company for fulfillment of our military requirement

After a thorough analysis of the military vessels you are currently willing to produce and sell, the Naval Office, with the approval of the Ministry of War, has deemed the Offensive Multirole Variant of your Seagull-class Destroyer to be more than adequate. Alcyoneum assets under the direction of a Mrs. Amelia Claudsis will begin to arrive at Location One, or Fujian, within five business days as to properly direct construction to fit ASW Inc. guidelines.

I must be frank, and admit that we cannot provide your nation the DPR for the Apex-Class Hyper-carrier for security reasons imposed by the Parfoederal Government; though I doubt after review of your nation's past naval doctrines this will be much of an issue, if it is please feel free to take up your concerns with the Merick Isles Foreign Affairs Department. Otherwise, the production of any vessel of your choice is to be your will; with a very minor Alcyoneum fee per vessel of course, and any modifications your nation deems worthy per vessel is at your free will.

ASW Inc. will provide standardized weapon systems and appropriate software as deemed necessary by the Company. Currently supported formats are NATO, Russian, Chinese, Indian and the broad-spanning Merickian System which is based around the Model 85EV Vertical Launch System currently sporting canisters and software capable of firing munitions from all four previous systems and even indigenous munitions with only minor software upgrades. Please keep in mind that while your government can change requested system components at any time, the cost needed to switch from one system to another on already completed vessels is sometimes rather high so it is advised your government picks on systems and goes with it for the long haul.
