Recently Lake Hai'lu'kai has been getting a boost in tourist numbers, and as such Hai'lu'kai Transport Interchange wish to work closely with Golden Eagle hotels as we have sharing the site a 12 floor high suite complex that is zoned under the local building code as a hotel complex, this suite has aproximately 150 rooms per floor, as well as other larger rooms, making it ideal site for a hotel complex, as such Hai'lu'kai Transport Interchange, under direction and request of our parent company, Project Aurora are approaching your company in order to open up the former railway hotel.

This hotel shares its footprint with the offices of the station complex, and would give guests quick and convenient access to the railway station however it has been empty since 2008 and the start of the economic downturn as the previous occupier decided at the end of 2008 not to renew the contract. despite being empty, staff at Hai'lu'kai Transport Interchange have ensured the rediness of the hotel complex to ensure that when the time came as a new occupier could be found, the complex would be ready to move in, and with Golden Eagle, we believe that we have found a suitable occupier for the former Railway Hotel, and so hereby invite you to move in and reopen the Railway Hotel
