The NPLA has issued a request for 780 frontline food supply centres. Each of them must have the capacity to provide three meals a day for 600 soldiers, each meal being at least 300 grams of food. This would mean a total of 468,000 troops would need to receive a minimum daily food ration of 900 grams. You choose the type of foodstuffs to be supplied (bread and butter should certainly be included) and provide the cost. We will pay for a 3-month contract.

IC: Of course we can, you see, the Double State of Hyfling has strict anti-outsourcing laws, the population doesn't like hates seeing jobs go overseas. So basically, we would like to establish a joint venture food processing factory with Britannual Foodstores. Through a joint venture, the cost of exporting via transport ships is removed entirely, and the 'outsource tax' is more than halved! This means we can sell our food products to Britannual at a much lower price, more than halving it.
