Machu Picchu Pubs

The only non-Astyrian pub

about us

Several decades ago, a young foodie and entrepreneur by the name of Tyerren Romper noticed something he didn't like. The area of Cenaci where he lived didn't offer a good selection of pubs where you could go for a good drink and a warm meal all at the same place. He decided to rectify the problem, opening the first Machu Picchu Pub, named after a legendary ancient city. The original pub grew and grew, offering time-grown Cenian classics. He decided, with extra pressure, to start brewing his own beer. Several years after it was started, Machu Picchu Pub started to win award after award after award from the most prestigious newspapers in Ceni, and became a favorite of locals. About that time, Romper decided to expand his brewing operations at the facility, serving house-brewed beer at his pub. A few months after that, a few friends convinced him to open a second location in another district of Cenaci. That pub was a resounding success. Over time, friends and entrepreneurs petitioned him to allow them to open their own franchises. He accepted their offer.

His original maxim still guides us today: No restaurant or pub can be successful without offering good food. We strive to offer the best food possible, at the best price for the meals. We also strive to provide home-brewed beer and other drinks. As always, the food is house-cooked and NEVER packaged and reheated. We also will always have local specials on the menu.

whiskey

Corona Hills Corellian Whiskey- One of the best whiskeys Corellia has to offer. 11.5% ABV. $14.50 / pint

Whyren's Reserve- It has an amber color and a crisp, woody taste. We are extremely lucky to get bottles of this. 11.5% ABV. $750.00 / bottle.

wine (Glasses are 300 ml)- Wines provided by Las Trancas Winery

Ecstatic Liquer- Ecstatic seems to be decent on its own, rather than a component in a cocktail. Most liqueurs, for cocktails, tend to be lopsided in a particular flavor direction (i.e. cherry brandy is very sweet cherry and creme de banana is all banana) which make them useful for mixing cocktails. But Ecstatic is a “cocktail” already, with vodka, cognac, and assorted fruit juices, a balanced flavor profile and a decent alcohol percentage (20%). This is pretty much a cocktail in a bottle.

Colour: Blue, almost fluorescent.
Aroma: Grapefruit with citrus (lime) and passion fruit with a hint of pomegranate and strawberry.
Flavor: Grapefruit, lime / lemon and a subtle berry flavor. Nice balance between sweet and sour, but it tends to lean toward the sour side of the equation. It has a refreshing quality.

20% ABV. $30.00 / bottle or $12.00 / glass

Pinot Grigio- Aged for 6 years Las Trancas Pinot Grigio is a very nice wine. The flavor profile is an enjoyable and easy to drink mild nectarine with hints of minerality, peach, honeydew and green apple. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine is very food friendly and would pair very well with mini ham and cheese quiche appetizers and even you Thanksgiving Turkey.

Colour: The color is a light straw.
Aroma: An intense bouquet of lemon peel, pear, apple tree fruit and honeysuckle perfume.
Flavor: Crisp acidity is balanced by the bright flavors of nectarine, ripe white peach and honeydew over a silky texture.

$30.00 / bottle or $12.00 / glass

Merlot- Aged 5 years this Merlot is cool and refined. That's not to say it isn't laden with fruit (the flavors reminded of a bowl of extraordinarily fresh blackberries, blueberries and wild strawberries). It's opaque in a youthful Bordelais sense, a green streak running through to the iron-filing feel of the tannins in the end. That structure yields as the wine's spectacular complexity comes forward with air; its pure, supple plum flavors and brooding richness are nothing less than gorgeous after the wine has been open for a day.

Colour: Deep ruby color.
Aroma: Bright red cherries and plumy scents.
Flavor: The bright black fruit flavors are amply supported by firm but supple tannins and the wine finishes with loads of fruit and a subtle mineral note.

$40.00 / bottle or $16.00 / glass

Cabernet- Sauvignon- A tremendous example of Cabernet Sauvignon aged 5 years before bottling. Espresso, black tea, kalamata olive, touches of flint and a ton of earth (that becomes increasingly prominent as this Cabernet opens up) are all part of a finish that is memorable in its length and visceral impact. This wine has tremendous structure and good acidity. It will be best paired with bigger, bolder foods. Grilled red meat and game are two solid options. This wine is sure to impress.
Colour: A rich cabernet color.
Aroma: Violets, eucalyptus, vanilla, blackberry and leather.
Flavor: Incredibly persistent this wine keeps coming with deep, dark fruit flavors and copious spice notes.

$45.00 / bottle or $18.00 / glass

Ace of Spades Champagne- Las Trancas Ace of Spade begins with aging 40 meters underground, Remuage (riddling) done by hand in traditional wooden racks; bottles are turned slightly by hand each day for a full month, Four genuine pewter labels are fitted to the opaque gold, Platinum or Ruby Bottles and polished by hand. Each bottle presents subtle differences in the tone, texture, and hues of the beaten metal. Both our gold and white, gold bottle and Platinum bottle champagnes have a racy fruit character perfectly integrated with subtle brioche accents. With complex and full‐bodied, fresh and lively with light floral notes. Texture is deliciously creamy, with great depth and a long, silky finish. While our Ruby bottle is a fusion of exotic strawberries, mangos, pineapples and pomagranite that is both light and crisp.

$600 / bottle or $240 / glass

other beverages

Since this, Amernus has become one of the most popular ViZionarian vodka's for those looking for truly hard liquor. 96% ABV. $10.00 / pint

From the Ministry of Importation and Retail

MoIR
"Driech Complex"
Edgecombe Street,
Edinburgh

Dear Sir or Madam,

I write to you on behalf of the Nouvel Ecosse Government to offer your Pub a chance to open in the hallowed lands of our country. You will join an already bustling Food & Drink scene that encompasses the whole of Nouvel Ecosse. We actively encourage competition, and so your addition to our nation, joining the sector involving Burgunden Breupubs, Attico's Drinkeries in its homeland and Pub 15, alongside others, will be a welcoming one.

Although we know that this may be daunting to your company, we would like to remind you that there is still plenty of space to accommodate your company, or else I would not be writing to you.

Please read our application for more details:

Nation: Nouvel Ecosse
# of Locations: 50
1 story ($1,000,000 opening fee) [30] 2 story ($2,000,000 opening fee) [15] flagship ($4,000,000 opening fee) [5]
Minimum Drinking Age: 16
Any Dietary Restrictions? None
Any Local Specialties to Add to the Menu? Sadly, the majority of alcohol brewed in Nouvel Ecosse is brewed exclusively for Attico's Drinkeries. However, I will see if I can put you in touch with any local breweries that may be able to supply you.
If so, describe them here

It is a pleasure to invite you, and we hope that you will enjoy your experiences here.

We eagerly await your reply,

Our Review:

Due to the quality of food, the staff and various other factors we[The Tetryx] are proud to present our review and vote on your restaurant. You have received a vote of 2 Stars due to the quality of your food, it was not on the level of a 5-star restaurant which is evident by the food you provide; in fact it is not even on the level of the Olive Garden. Your presentation was lacking, you need to provide better looking food, more flavor, better seating, better commercials and hire far better chefs and waiters and bar-servers, buy better alcoholic drinks, provide special events and various other things.

Due to the fact that this has the possibility to grow we will be giving you a start-up-capital of $1.2 Million USDs, please note it is extremely important that you provide the best service, the best eating utensils, the best details, use the best ingredients, the best drinks, the best glasses that you put the drinks in, the best plates, the best bowls, use the best quality of everything, provide better pictures really the best of everything if you ever want to ascend to the realm of 5-Star restaurants.

For an additional amount of money we ask for 15% through 75% of the company. You name the price and we will purchase it, our budget is upwards of the 10s of billions.

OOC: Tetryx, what you did is extremely bad form. Do you walk up to a really restaurant and start shouting, "You need the best of everything!" I was pretty nice to provide you a form for you to submit criticism, but lo and behold, you totally bypass the form. If you want to offer criticism, do it through proper channels, and also tell me exactly what went wrong other than "the food is horrible." What is horrible? The presentation? The pricing? Do we need more options? Simply telling me we need the best of everything isn't very constructive.

Also, most storefronts don't sell shares directly, or ask for start up capital right on their main storefronts. Have you ever heard of a stock exchange? If they sell shares, they do it there, or opens separate thread. Most storefronts don't take someone telling them "we'll give you money and we want a stake" kind of business. I suggest you read the Q&A before you try and RP. I'd be willing to help you improve.

We want everything packaged safely and attentively. It's ingredients are raw beef pastrami with fenugreek sauced sandwich. If something is beef, it must be 100% beef. If its pork, its 100%. Everything is like this because we are preppers and if you don't want to bankrupt (in our land) incase of a disaster, you must be attentive.

$18,000,000 and $2,000,000 (as a gift) will be translated to your account.
