We are planning on introducing a welfare program that will provide food and medical care for dogs and cats belonging to families that are down on their luck until they can find employment. We believe that this will help keep dogs and cats off the streets and prevent them from ending up in overcrowded animal control facilities that may euthanize them if no one is willing to adopt them. We wish to stockpile each of your products in distribution centers located throughout our nation. We will require approximately 100,000 bags of each of your products per week. We would also like you to open a food processing plant in our nation to provide jobs to unemployed citizens. Please be aware that your company will not be treated as a corporation under Tatran law, and must be organized as either a sole proprietorship or a worker cooperative when doing business within our borders. Are you able to meet these requests and how much will it cost us?

We are interested in your proposal and very honored that you would ask us to be a part of this program. We think what you are doing for both your human and animal citizens is most noble. While such an undertaking might not balance out on the books, we would even consider signing on while providing our food at a considerable discount because of the families it would help to keep together. We also are not opposed to opening a processing and production center in your nation.

However, what does cause us consternation is giving up our very existence as a corporate entity and possibly putting our company at risk by providing such a chink in our armor as operating under amended structure which exposes us to legal loopholes, while maybe not being manipulated in your nation, could be in a court in another land. Our legal team at our parent corporation, BDI (Burgunden Diversified Industries), has therefore advised us that this would not be prudent and not allowable to, by proxy, put all of BDI at risk by reincorporating in any market in the form of a sole proprietorship or 'workers collective'. Until the economic regulations in your nation change, or certain exceptions can be made, we will not be able to operate there under such conditions. We are so sorry that we cannot help you with your project.
