Kohnar Airlines is a new airline company supported but not run by the government. It will be the largest available Mojave airline to date. It is opening on Friday June 8th, 2013. Other nations are invited to invest in the company and also open up their country for flight.
POLICIES
TICKET POLICY
All tickets sold are refundable, but must be refunded at least 3 days before takeoff. If a flight is cancelled for any reason (e.g. weather), tickets are fully refunded. Refunds can be performed online if a code from the ticket is entered on our website, or in person, with the ticket on hand. If the password is guessed incorrectly 3 times in a row, the ticket will be non-refundable for a day. If someone tries to get a refund in person with no ticket on hand, they will be immediately denied, without exception.
BAGGAGE POLICIES
Each passenger is allowed 23 kg. of baggage (50 lbs.). Items that are not allowed are:
Firearms
Alcohol
Cigarettes/Cigars
Marijuana (assuming it's legal in your country)
Bottles
Metal Objects
Cans
The bag must fit in the overhead bin, or else it will be confiscated. You are allowed to bring a container that will fit under your seat, but it must not weigh more than 9 kg (20 lbs). All rules that apply to overhead baggage applies to hand baggage as well. You are not allowed to bring more than 237 mL (8.01 oz) with you on board. Your baggage must be legal both in your destination and your departure location.
Departure/Arrival Policies
You should be at the airport at least an hour and a half before your plane leaves. Although this is not required, it will help you to be on time and orderly when your plane arrives. If you forget any luggage on the plane you will not be allowed to retrieve it. If the flight gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a free ticket to the next flight to your destination. If you are high/drunk, you will not be allowed in the airport. Planes will not be delayed if you are late, so, once again, we encourage you to arrive at the airport at least an hour and a half before your plane leaves.
PERSONAL POLICIES
Smoking is strictly forbidden upon airport grounds. Cigars/Cigarettes are not allowed on the same lot as the airport. All laws must, of course, be obeyed on airport grounds. Toiletries must be kept in your bags at all times. If you have any questions on board, you may ask a steward/ess. If you have any questions off board, there will be several attendants that you may ask. Inside the airport will be a three-star restaurant, a gift shop, along with many other services.
SECURITY POLICIES
In order to board aircraft, you must first go through an alcohol/drug check. If (recent consumption of) alcohol or marijuana is found to be in your blood, you will be escorted from the airport. If any drug besides marijuana is found in your blood, you will be escorted to prison. If metal is found, you will be forced to go through a full body check, and if anything that could be potentially harmful is found on your body, you will be escorted to prison. Motion sickness medicine, sleeping medicine, Benadryl, and Tylenol are allowed on plane, but you must have a prescription for all other medicines. When passing through security, you must remove all watches, headbands, bracelets, shoes, rings, as well as anything else that contains metal until you pass through the metal/alcohol/drug checker.
SAFETY POLICIES
Kohnar International Airlines will only fly to airports that we deem "safe". If we deem an airport "unsafe", for any number of reasons, we will not fly there.
CLASSES
ECONOMY CLASS
If you do not care for complete luxury as much as you do simply getting to your destination, or if you simply can't afford an upper class seating, then this class is for you. Everyone receives their own mini-TV and set of headphones (keep in mind you are required to wear headphones if you use the TV), which plays 15 channels popular channels, listed here.

Free wi-fi is available on board. The TV also has a few games for you to play, as well as an assortment of music channels (not one of the 15 channels aforementioned). In the front pouch of your seat will be the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, National Geographic, and The Rolling Stone, as well as a sickness bag and safety card. There will be a tray for you to dine on, and you can modify your heating/AC/lighting with knobs located above you.

LUXURY CLASS
If you're seeking luxury on-board, or you have a few extra bucks to sell, then by all means, Luxury Class was made for you. You will receive a larger TV which plays up to 200 channels, the latest issue of all the magazines from Economy class, as well as the latest issues of Reader's Digest, Popular Science, and Time. The TV doubles as a gaming console, equipped with a set of headphones (again, you must use the headphones if you use the TV) allowing you to play titles such as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Portal 2, and FIFA 2012, among many other titles. Your seat can lean back to become a bed for you to sleep on, and the lights will go out from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
