History

In 1990, American Real Estate Agent, Melina DuBose started DuBose Hotels in Chicago. In 1992 DuBose opened up hotels in Indianapolis, New York City, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Boston; and in international locations such as London, Paris, Greece, Vatican, and Forest Oaks. After opening hotels in Forest Oaks DuBose acquired Paradise Resorts and moved there HQ to East Shiloh. After moving to East Shiloh DuBose sold the Company to James Star of StarTech where it became apart of Star Corporation and was renamed DuBose Hotels & Resorts.

In 2000 Dwayne P. Star inherited Star Corp and shut down DuBose due to lack of income. The Board of Directors constantly pushed Dwayne to reopen the franchise but he refused until 2009 when he agreed and started planning it under Paradise Hotels & Resorts. Dwayne hired Julia Thomas, granddaughter of Melina DuBose as Executive Director. He hired the best of the best to campaign and market the new hotel and opened the first Paradise Hotel in Zion. Dwayne and Julia have just recently decided to open Paradise to the international community.

Basic Rooms

The first basic rooms have a full sized bed with an Oak headboard and matching dresser. There is a small table with two chairs that can be used for business or eating. This room also includes a flat screen tv and Cable. Although the 1st Basic Room isn't the best it is very comfortable and perfect for those who want high quality at low prices.

The 2nd Basic Room also has a full sized bed but with a leather headboard. There is and Maple Dresser, TV stand, and Desk. The Desk is perfect for business. this room also includes a wall mounted flat screen tv and cable. This room is very comfortable and gives you a great view.

The Basic Double features two twin size beds with halfwall headboards. There is a small desk and tv with cable.

Business Rooms

The 1st Business Room has a full size bed with a full wall headboard. There is a Darck Oak Nightstand, with IPod/IPhone Docking Station, and a matching, Dresser/TV stand, and desk. There is also a little two person table for eating. This room has a flat screen TV, cable, and free unlimited WiFi.

This Room has two full size beds with leather headboards. There is a maple nightstand and dresser. There is also to reclining chairs for relaxing.

Deluxe Room

The Deluxe Room features a King Size bed with a full wall headboard and Mid-Wall Nightstands. There is a dining area and desk with a Flatscreen TV, cable, and Unlimited WiFi. There is also a large bathroom. This room is for those who would like to have high quality and don't mind a high price.

The Business Sweet has a King Size bed with a maple headboard, Nightstands, and dresser. There is also a living room with a Couch that lets out into a bed and a flat screen TV. This room also has a closet and small bathroom.

The Presidential Suite has a Queen size bed with a maple headboard, nightstand, and dresser. There is also a wall mounted TV in the bedroom. The living room has a reclining sofa and two loung chairs with a Maple coffee table, Desk, and TV stand. There is a Flatscreen TV with unlimited cable and WiFi. There is also a small kitchen and dining room.

The Royal Suite has a customized Double Queen size bed with full wall headboard and oak dresser and nightstand. There is a wall mounted TV in the living room and bedroom. There are two sofas and two lounge chairs with a large oak coffee table in the living room. There is also a large kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms.

All Paradise Hotels & Resorts have an indoor and outdoor pool.

The indoor pool has floor to ceiling windows and comfortable luxury lawn chairs. The water is heated and there is a childrens pool.There is also a waterfall-esque slide at one end of the pool, (This may vary by location).

The Outdoor Pool is fenced in and has a children's pool. There are lights all around the pool and the pool itself lights up at night. There are comfortable chairs surrounding the pool. There are also diving boards and water slides (This may vary by location).

The Paradise Spa is one of the most world renown spas. The Health & Relaxion Department is run by world renown trainer Eric Broser. There are two types of spa rooms in the Paradise Spa, deluxe and basic

The Paradise Gym has all the newest Equipment and Personal Trainers waiting if you need any help. There are also dietician a there to help you stay healthy.
