For years, the Orthodox Federation of the Eagleland has invested billions in arms manufacturing firms around the world, featuring exceptional technological achievements that can provide our military with immense warfighting capabilities, from the fielding of purchased weapons systems. We have, as anticipated, become interested in the acquisition of several weapon systems that you offer for sale in the international market. ATRIA Defense Solutions International is a corporation with successful designs that we believe can make a difference in our military.

Hence, it would only be natural for the Eagleland Federal Government to boost the effectiveness of our armed forces with specialised, cutting-edge and state-of-the-art weaponry and technology, provided by your company. In a specific letter of reference, you will find a full request form for all equipment required, plus the per unit cost multiplied by the amount of vehicles/weapons ordered, i.e. the individual cost of each unit.

Our order has been approved by the Eagleland Parliament Assembly of December the 24st, 2013, taking into consideration the following legal restrictions on weaponry acquisition and military reinforcement:
1: Article 35 of the Eagleland's Constitution, dictating honesty in all transactions;
2: Article 8 of Law 3421/1867, which requires a financial check on all transactions;
3: Article 7 of Law 4212/1912, which authorizes the acquisition of foreign-made weaponry;

Understanding that your national interests need to come first, we recognize that, as Article 35 of our Constitution dictates, honesty and integrity in this transaction is paramount. For this purpose, special personnel are required for training our production personnel on the methods of producing said equipment. However, it is also necessary to understand that our Government will not request classified information or tactics used by your armed forces from such personnel.

Comprehending that compensation is required for this interaction we offer your company the seventy-eight billion, two hundred million NationStates Dollars (NS$78,200,000,000), to be transferred to your company's bank account, upon approval of our request.

It should be noted that this transaction is considered Highly Classified, based on Articles 1, 4, 9 and 11 of Law 2278/1923, Goverment Gazette 1927-A', "On Confidentiality of National Affairs". This means that this document is to be mutually treated with attention not to be publicly disclosed. The Eagleland Federal Government reserve the authority to officially deny that the order to ATRIA Defense Solutions International has ever been made, in case of a public disclosure, as well as proceed with unofficial claims for a full refund of all requested weapon systems. We request, therefore, that this secret be respected.

It is with great sadness that I announce that the production of ATRIA Armory's "Modular" series product line will be discontinued Friday, January 4th, 2014. ATRIA will to liquidate this product line until all units have been sold. Despite the positive reviews and usage by many customers, we here at ATRIA knew we can improve on this design.

For the past few months ATRIA's R&D department has been conducting evaluations on what we hope will be our most advanced and user friendly weapons to date. Our announcement of this weapon series will coincide with the official retirement of the "Modular" series.

For those who are already operators of any "Modular" series weapons, ATRIA will continue to provide technical support until further notice and will provide training to your domestic personnel on these weapons. We thank you for choosing ATRIA for your service needs and we hope that our new product line will be as greatly appreciated as our older generation weapons were.
