History
In the fall of 1988 Gis'ley Ti'mon opened Coeli Concínnant with a government loan after impressing military officials of the then Social Republic of Nu Sparta with his creation of the Spartanian Mark 61 rifle. Using the loan he had his first factory built in Sol Et Luna and began producing, his first three hundred rifles being bought by the then NSECF to be tested among the troops. After receiving excellent reviews Coeli Concínnant was contracted to produce the SM 61 for the military forces of the Republic in order to replace the American-made M16A1 which was standard issue. With a major source of profit Ti'mon opened two more factories in Tumulosus Incoluimus and gained direct access to Nu Sparta's small scale metal productions through financial deals and governmental help.
It was during the early 2000s when Ti'mon invested in the metallurgy research of Via'cet J'halla who came up with a Carbon Aluminum Alloy. Using this carbon aluminum alloy Ti'mon was able to replace many parts of the SM61V2, designed in 1994 as a slight improvement of the original SM61, to make it lighter and improve durability. From that point on every weapon produce by Coeli Concínnant is created mostly from this signature alloy as a standard.
During Nu Sparta's Isolation Period and reform into the Imperial Spartanian Empire Ti'mon used the downsizing of the army to gain his hands on many up and coming designers such as Fer'il Al'ti, Es'tvia Hi'et, and Zie'ra Del'goa. Since then Coeli Concínnant has been the parent to many weapon designs improving upon other foreign platforms and well as creating unique new platforms popular with the international community.
