Welcome to the WetTek MilRat Company!

Since 1991 (when WetTek was spun-off from LAIX ARMS), WetTek has been committed to creating military rations of the highest quality; allowing both Lamonian and foreign troops to "get up and go" with customized rations that they will love.

Each ration produced by WetTek is garunteed to have a 30 month shelf life at room temperature, and comes with a time/temperature indicator sticker. Each T/TI sticker is orange, with a black circle on it. As time and temperature changes, the area inside of the black circle darkens, allowing procurement and logistics personnel to determine when to rotate their ration stocks for optimum ration freshness.

WetTek works with the contracting nation, in order to ensure that dietary restrictions and special requests are honored to the extent practicable. All of our rations are packed in a pasteboard box, and over-wrapped with green polyethylene plastic. This protects the rations from weather, moisture, germs, and NBC contamination; as well as helping to preserve ration freshness. WetTek also ensures that rations are securely packed inside their boxes, in order to reduce or eliminate "ration rattling," which may give away the position of the soldier using the rations.



The price of each WetTek contract is dependent upon the number of main dishes included in the total ration menu. Since WetTek ration systems can contain anywhere from two to ten main dishes (dependent on customer choice), WetTek contract prices can range from two to ten million standard dollars. While AHSCA's Self-Defense Forces were professionalizing, there remained a need for rations for the troops, especially during times when they might be called upon to defend their islands, or to provide humanitarian aid. Turning to the Lamonian company WetTek (who had experience with civilian camping and emergency rations) for help with producing rations which might appeal to AHSCAn tastes, WetTek turned to foods which were either native to the islands, or were already being imported into the country. In response to this requirement, WetTek created the 24 Hour Battle Ration.

The 24 Hour Battle Ration was divided into ten menus, with the only difference being in the main meals. Each 24 Hour Battle Ration contains enough food for one soldier for twenty-four hours, and is packed inside a thin pasteboard box, which is over-wrapped in green polyethylene for weather and NBC resistance. Each box also has a time/temperature indicator, which consists of an orange sticker with a black circle on it. As the ration becomes older, the area inside of the circle darkens. This allows procurement officials to determine the freshness of the food inside of the rations, allowing them to rotate their stock as appropriate.

Lamonian Military Ration, Standard:

Description: Somewhat frustrated with the old surplus Einmannpackung rations that they had been eating out of, a group of Lamonian soldiers, on the verge of mutiny, decided that they had had enough. They marched down to their unit's procurement office and demanded better. Surprisingly, Lamonian procurement officials listened. After all, an army does march on its stomach. The LMR was created in order to get better tasting, more nutritionally complete food into the the stomachs of its troops.

Dietary Value: The LMR does not contain micro-nutrients in the correct proportions to sustain a lifetime consumption requirement. The maximum amount of time soldiers can eat the LMR and maintain optimum fighting trim is one month.

Content: The LMR primary contents are two meals and a snack, containing approximately 3,600 calories. This is (barely) enough for a hard day of soldiering, so soldiers in combat zones frequently carry a couple of LMRs into combat. The LMR has a high level of protein and fat to ensure sustained energy release.

T/TI labels: Indicators are printed on pressure-sensitive labels that are applied to the outside case of the rations. Each Time/Temperature Indicator (TTI) consists of an outer reference ring and an inner circle. The inner circle darkens with time, and darkens more quickly as the temperature increases. The quality of food products is very dependent on the time and temperature of storage — so the darker the circle, the less fresh the food in the ration.

The Eslovakian Armed Forces currently has it own ration packs it supplies it soldiers but in the contemporary battlefield and Eslovakias wider role as an armed force in the globe has forced its troops to operate far beyond Eslovakian borders at great lengths of time in different climates. Rations packs must be altered to fit the climate conditions the troops operate under which puts further strain on production. We have filled the form out below for rations that will suit soldiers operating in the southern Rostilian continent under hot conditions and vasts deserts as our current line of rations designed for the Eslovakian climate is of no nutritional use for soldiers operating abroad.

• 1 to 2 Paragraph Description of your National Cuisine: Due to Eslovakia's large north-south extent there has always been regional differences in Eslovakian cuisine. Historically, in the far North, meats such as reindeer, and other (semi-) game dishes were eaten, while fresh vegetables have played a larger role in the South. Many traditional dishes employ simple, contrasting flavours; such as the traditional dish of hearty meatballs and gravy with tart, pungent lingonberry jam (slightly similar in taste to cranberry sauce). Eslovakians have traditionally been very open to foreign influences, ranging from Euro-Asian cuisine during the 17th and 18th century, to the sushi from Koshigaya and cafe latte from Beusandille of today. On the fast food side, pizza and hot-dogs have been a ubiquitous part of Eslovakian culture since the 1960s. Twenty years later, the same could be said about the growing popularity of the kebab and falafel from MEC, as many small restaurants specialise in such dishes.

Dear Sir,

The Ministry of War's procurement agency is currently searching for a range of providers to tender for future rations of the People's Nation of Alfegos. Whilst the nation has healthy stockpiles of the various standard issue ration packs (MRP24, MRP48D, ARP24, 10MRC), particularly in deep storage, as the current generation of rations are phased out a new system will be required.
The current ration pack system most commonly used is the MRP24 (Multiclimate Ration Pack, 24 Hours), which is the system that is currently being phased out. The current system is as follows:

- Able to provide the relevant amount of calorific intake, alongside provision of at least 150% RDA of all essential micronutrients (except Vitamin A)..
- Food is to be both varied, and deemed as acceptably tasty.
- Ration pack is to mirror as much as possible the provisions of the current MRP24

The standard issue rations of Alfegan forces, the MRP24 is intended to provide multi-climate rations. One MRP24 ration is intended to feed one soldier for twenty-four hours. The pack is typically held in one box, but can be stripped down by soldiers as appropriate. The MRP24 is designed to provide 5,000 Calories per 24 hour period, giving Alfegan soldiers extra energy on the battlefield.

The box has a range card, the fundamental duties of a sentry, and disposal instructions (by burn pit) printed on it, intended to provide guidance, and shooting practice to those who consume the MRP24 ration. Each MRP24 has a minimum shelf-life of 4 years, and is fitted with a Time/Temperature Indicator in order to determine how fresh that the rations are. Each Time/Temperature Indicator is an orange sticker, with a black circle on it. The area inside of the black circle darkens with time and temperature changes, allowing procurement and logistics officials to determine the freshness of the rations, further alerting them to when it is time to rotate their ration stocks. This helps to prevent food spoilage, and any possible food-borne illnesses which might result from it.

WetTek was asked to fill various main meal menus, along with the rest of the rations. These consist of Standard (20 meals), Intolerance-Free (5 meals), Vegetarian (5 meals), Kosher (5 meals), and Halal (5 meals). Each of these menus was designed to fit the specific dietary needs of the represented soldiers, providing with the food energy needed for the performance of their duties.

It also includes fish, as fish is a main export of the Islands. As well as this, vegetables such as carrots, beans, lettuce, cabbage and potatoes are grown easily on the islands and are commonplace.

As well as this, Goryevdrens are very much into noodles and rice as their staples. Goryevdrens don't eat so much fruit, but they do eat quite a bit of dried fruit in comparison.
