Chocobo feathers have been known to improve dexterity of the wearer, however the effect does not seem to stack when the wearer is dressed gaudily with the feathers. It has been observed that when little Billy consumes the feathers he seems to acquire a significant boost in his speed. However as often as not this is offset by digestive complications from the incompletely chewed calamus damaging the lining of the digestive tract. Our son, 'chocobo' Billy has had to have many surgeries regarding his unnatural obsession with chocobos and their plumage. We are gladdened that his self-inflicted injuries have resulted in quantifiable usefulness to someone outside of the family. If you wish to obtain a quantity of chocobo feathers for your business we have been sorting and locking them away in our silos to keep out of BIlly's reach. As such we have a large number of feathers which we dare not throw away for fear of our son hurting himself somehow with them. Chocobo down feathers seem to have none of the effects of their more rigid counterparts, but are rather soft and comfortable, we used to have some furniture stuffed with them, but have since had to put the pieces in storage. After all Billy is an inquisitive boy and seems to believe that if he consumes enough feathers some day he will become a chocobo.
