The Blaken Oil Company, and the Necromantic Duchy of Blaken Island, are happy to hereby announce the first discovery of oil in Blaken Island’s territorial waters. Having secured a large loan from Royal Malgravean Investment and Phoenix Financial, we will soon be ready to commence exploiting the oil reserves

As the Blacken Oil Company, LLC, and the Necromantic Duchy of Blaken Island do not currently possess oil refinery facilities, we will be selling you merely regular crude oil, similar in quality to Brent crude. We are ready to accept long-term importation treaties at a level of $50 per barrel of oil. That is to say, your country will agree to buy a certain amount of oil per year. Oil quantities are limited, and the treaties will be signed on a first-come-first-served basis.

We will also be happy to accept assistance in setting up oil refinery services.

Beforehoof we bid your nation congratulations on such a profitable discovery, and wish that your nation benefits greatly from this terrific find. Now, we wish to apply for a contract for setting up refineries on the territory of the Blaken Island. We are open to further negotiate the details of the contract, but upon your approval of the deal we will be honored to work together with the Blaken Oil Company to set up an agreed number of refineries on agreed terms for prosperity and welfare of both parties.

Additionally we wish to inquire as to if Blaken Oil Company is open for providing limited extraction rights and/or oil well sales to the Rocky Mining Conglomerate. If so, the Rocky Mining Conglomerate would be honored to negotiate such a contract further and execute it on terms most favorable to the Blaken Oil Company, and to provide additional benefits such as discounts on refinery construction and operation services should Blaken Oil Company find such a deal favorable.
