The website is informative and well written. The graphical pictures provided are good visuals and sufficient information has been provided about all the products. The customer satisfaction is high and the company has been endorsed by many governments.

However, we are not happy with the layout. A table of contents is lacking which makes navigation difficult. Customers must do their own calcualtions which all adds to inconveninence.

Suggestions

Layout can be improved a great deal. A table of content can be put. You need not use the [table] tag. You can just make a simple one like the one here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=175803 . Also, you should do calculations for your customers, not ask them to do for you. I am sure you check the calculations otherwise

A lot more information could be provided about the products. Since you are a company specializing in security services, you can sell some security items like CCTV cameras besides protection and other services being currently offered. Layout needs to be worked on. The storefront needs expansion.

The storefront provides ample information about its products which range from basic neccesity such as food items to military products. Its more like 'all under one roof'. GETrax appreciates this concept. We do not like the idea of restricting its services to nations of a certain region. Had the services been expanded to the international community as well, the storefront could have been more profitable. Customer service has been unaccounted for due to lack of customers.

The layout needs improvement. However, we believe that with an expected 'update' the storefront will improve on this criteria.

Suggestions

A logo can be made to improve the overall appearence. You may use an intelligent combination of [color][size][b][i][u] tags to create a logo on the forum itself. The name of the storefront could be changed. A table of contents could be added to improve layout. It can be simple like in this storefront: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=175803 . Play with [hr] tag to seprate different portion of your text or post diffrently for each category of product. Use blocktext or align tag for your text. Pictures can be put in floatleft or floatright tag along with a box. Open your storefront to all NS players, not just members of a particular region.
