FROM: Rut Swingle Sattermort, CEO of Kreidberg International Aerospace-port
Dear Sir/Madame,
After reading about your airline's fine services, and making a market research, we have come to a belief that Avija Valkyr and the people of Aurora Confederacy and Aeland would benefit from having flights on the route Valeria - Kreidberg. Therefore, we submit the following form.
Country full name: The Republic of Aeland
Destination (link optional but preffered): Kreidberg International Aerospace-port
Security measures: Explained in detail in airport website. Under Kreidberg Aerospace Protection Unit's responsibility - it employees over 300 of Aeland's best soldiers, operates patrol ships around the Aerospace port, and has some helicopters ready for any emergency. Surveillance cameras cover the whole airport and most security checks for passengers are done before passing the bridge to Kreidberg International Aerospace-port itself, making it a hazard-free area.
How many gates and terminals for Avija Valkyr 1 Gate in Terminal E.
Are visas needed: Yes
Anything major we should know? Yes. See the following:
Firstly, we would like to know regarding Avija Valkyr's schedule (days and hours of landing) and aircraft type. We believe one to three daily flights should suffice, but will consider higher or lower frequencies too.
Also, Kreidberg International Aerospace-port has some regulations airlines must follow, as well as additional information we seek. Please fill in the following information and send us your answers in order to start flying to Aeland.
[ ] By requesting to begin service to Kreidberg International Aerospace-port, Avija Valkyr agrees to the following terms:
And agrees to notify passengers about these regulations before they purchase their flight tickets.
- Any passenger and crew member must go through security checks as per security officers' request. Security check may or may not include luggage being scanned or opened, body scan by an officer of the examinee's gender and interrogation.
- Aeland Border Authorities may, for any reason, choose not to let a foreign citizen enter the nation. An airline is responsible to return an entry forbidden passenger to his original destination or any other destination of agreement in no more than a week after the entry has been forbidden. Aeland Border Authorities, Kreidberg International Aerospace-port and Aeland's government will not be responsible for expenses caused by this under any circumstances.
- Passengers and crew members disrespecting Aeland's law inside the airport or the spaceport, including after stamping their passports, will be prosecuted under Aeland's law.
- Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, weapons, ammunition, animals, plants and other items listed in the Aeland Border Law (resolution #211b) must be declared in customs before entering Aeland. Failure to do so will lead to prosecution.
- Any passenger flying to Aeland must sign form #425 and give it to the airline before departure to Aeland. Forms must be handed to Aeland Border Authorities after landing. In this form, the passenger states he is not a citizen of a country in war with Aeland (as detailed in resolution #15 "Countries in War").
- An Airport Tax of $41 (NSD) applies to any passenger arriving at Kreidberg International Aerospace-port, but not to crew members, as long as they leave the nation within 72 hours (crew members may leave the airport and visit the city) without paying the fee. This fee must be paid directly by the airline at the time of ticket purchase. Please set ticket prices accordingly.
Can Kreidberg Points be used to buy flight tickets or upgrade classes in your airline: [] Yes [] No
Kreidberg Points are Kreidberg International Aerospace-port's loyalty club points. Airlines are paid $0.5 NSD per point, and are expected to add a 50% bonus on each point, so if a class upgrade costs $100, it would cost 133 Kreidberg Points, but the airline will only receive $66 NSD from the airport. Business passengers of airlines that don't accept Kreidberg Points must pay an entry fee to the Royal Lounge in Kreidberg (first class passengers enter for free anyway).
Does the airline want its passengers to pass any special security checks? [] Yes [] No
Sincerely,
Rut Swingle Sattermort, CEO of Kreidberg International Aerospace-port
