OP-CAM
This project will turn a useless grunt into the equal of a battlefield veteran.
This changes everything.
Before we go into the details of what the OP-CAM can do, let us give you a basic introduction to the idea:
The OP-CAM is a robotic implant that is wired directly into the human eye, with a network of cables linking it with the human brain, with which the implant will form a symbiotic relationship.
The OP-CAM can send signals to the brain, which it will interpret as if it was a signal from the natural eye.
This allows the OP-CAM to control what the user can actually see from the implanted eye, broadcasting hallucinatory images over the users vision.
What this essentially means is it supplies the user with a hallucinatory HUD, with data taken from another device, a receptor embedded in the users weapon.
The receptor wirelessly broadcasts a massive array of ballistic and other information to the OP-CAM, which converts the information into a visual display superimposed over the users vision.
This can be as diverse as a targeting array for superior accuracy, thermal vision, or a tactical display of enemy troops from satellites embedded with advanced high-speed receptors.
Your orders can be customised; for the OP-CAM has many different such displays and functions that can be added onto the default model for a price. You may want a basic and cheap model, with only a select few functions to give your grunts, or for a more advanced and versatile OP-CAM you may choose several more. Perhaps to equip an elite special forces unit.
With the description of each function is a price, and at the end of the functions list is a chart showing the prices of all the modifications in one convenient place.
