K9K9 "Deathly Rain" is a deadly nerve gas made and invented in The Eternal Kingdom of Shaffey by the Shaffeyan Biological Warfare Research Center (SBWRC). The project was started during the Shaffeygate in the GTA Forums region and was completed much later. A few weeks ago, the weapon was ready for sale in the region, but the announcement came during a time when there was a cold war between the totalitarian nations in the region and the ex-delegate. Because of this, Shaffey's neutral stance in the cold war changed and it was seen as an active participant. As K9K9 was sold to one of the main totalitarian nations in the cold war, Shaffey and the K9K9 weapon were condemned in the region.
2. Uses for K9K9:
K9K9 is a very powerful weapon which uses the Karotolinumtoxin 9 and the Katoroliamtoxin 9 bacteria to disable the nervous system and kill the target. Because of this, it is a mix of Biological and Chemical warfare; something never made before. K9K9 is shipped to other nations in capsules, after that the recipient can use K9K9 in DR-Grenades (Deathly Rain), bombs etc. to give any nations with K9K9 an edge without harming the environment or having any long-lasting effects on it.
