Hello I am Galen, the current CEO of GV Arms
You probably recall the old storefront that was here, GSI Arms. However NTAAS thought it best to merge us with Volk Rifles, forming the new GV Arms. Back then I wrote what you see just below.
I founded GSI to sell our weapons for small countries starting off that were simple to use, cheap, and having excellent amounts of stopping power. G.S.I. was founded after President Seth ordered that a new service rifle be crafted to repel our former motherland's planned invasion. We ordered parts and blueprints from our trusted suppliers and began crafting a simple yet deadly weapon. Finally the weapon was done right in time for the invasion; reports say it was a smashing success. As our motherland's weapons clogged and weighed them down, ours were light and reliable. I then decided that other small nations might need to watch their borders and released our weapons for sale internationally.
The first weapon down below was based off of imported designs and parts. After taking the best parts from the 20 something designs we were looking at and a little guesswork, we had made a true soldier's rifle. It was lightweight, sturdy, and affordable. However that wasn't good enough for us when we started this company, so we spent just as long making it accurate. Other effective weapons were made and we redesigned our old ones to fit new roles on the battlefield. Needless to say, we can provide what you need to protect yourselves and frankly that's all that matters, well that and creating jobs.
However times are changing and to meet orders we had to be merged with a smaller company. At the same time demand for more and more types of weapons is boosting sales, requiring an endlessly increasing supply of hired labor. Personally I’m enjoying my raise and not enjoying the extra hours, but still the extra jobs it created were good.
