After a quick survey with the customers,over 90% of the customers that visited the cafes are satisfied with the customer services and the self serving machines are rated at 10/10 by the Customers' Satisfactory Board,a non profit and government organization.This has prompted the current CuppaCoffee Hq in Mapletish request to build 60,000 more such stores around Mapletish.
