To: Representatives of the Gíardan Coffee Farmers' Co-operative
Subject: Supplier agreementWhom it may concern,
CuppaCoffee has recently commenced operations within Gíarda, establishing 12 locations throughout the country. With a special request to source our coffee products locally, your offer could not be more of a convenience to us. Not knowing of any other major coffee supplier from Gíarda, we shall gladly accept your application on the understanding that you shall produce all of CuppaCoffee's coffee for its Gíarda market.
Should such a responsibility prove to taxing on your company's resources, please do not hesitate to contact us whereby we shall seek other local suppliers of coffee to lighten your obligations. This same invitation to open a dialogue also applies should you seek to terminate or change the contract you now maintain with us.
Thank you,
Oliver Buxon
CEO of CuppaCoffee PLC
To: Song-jiang Kuo of Ktech International
Subject: SupplierMr. Kuo,
Thank you for seeking to extensively associate your business with CuppaCoffee in the form of both a corporate partnership and supplier agreement. Prior to discussing the outcome of our discussions regarding the partnership, I feel it necessary to inform you of our decision regarding your application for a supplier contract first. CuppaCoffee, in an effort to integrate itself better into local markets, prefers to furbish its franchise locations with local electronics suppliers. As a result, while we are willing to accept your application, your company may face overwhelming competition in our larger markets.
Regarding your offer of partnership, the board was highly interested in entering into such an arrangement. While your storefront remains relatively new and unknown to its target market, the extensive range of products offered makes us confident that it could potentially grow significantly in the future. Hoping that both our companies can work together to increase long term productivity and efficiency, we have decided to accept your application.
Should you have any questions or queries about our decision over either the supplier or partnership agreement, please do not hesitate to contact us whereby we shall seek to address your grievances at our earliest convenience.
We look forward to working with you,
Oliver Buxon

To: Representatives of the Jimmy's Food Corporation
Subject: Supplier agreementWhom it may concern,
CuppaCoffee was founded in and operates from a country that has traditionally frowned upon the usage of artificial colours and preserving agents in food and drink, mainly because of their scientifically proven negative health effects. The vast majority of such items have been heavily restricted under Kingtonian law since the late 1990s with regulation only increasing over time.
As such the vast majority of our offered products do not contain any of the items your company would seek to offer us. Any food and drink items that do are provided to us by external companies which produce said items exclusively for CuppaCoffee locations active within their own domestic markets.
Should Jimmy's Food Corporation be content with supplying only the 1,000 CuppaCoffee locations within Gloriax, we are prepared to accept your application. Otherwise, we shall be forced to decline your offer as it currently stands on the basis that it violates company policy on food safety standards. We shall await your decision in a future response before officially updating the storefront.
Finally, may I extend my formal apologies for initially overlooking your application.
Thank you,
Oliver Buxon

To: Mark Lejonhjärta, CEO of the Norsriken Cruises Corporation
Subject: Partnership agreementMr. Lejonhjärta,
The cruise industry has proven to be a very lucrative market for CuppaCoffee over recent years. The percentage of profits made from partnerships with cruise companies continue to grow annually but still lagging significantly behind ventures with international airlines. Saying this however, cruise companies currently provide the second largest source of partnership revenue.
While it is regrettable that your company has yet to establish a storefront, something that is considered a crucial part of the application process, we are confident that Norsriken Cruises has the portfolio and infrastructure necessary to grow this venture into a profitable and long-lasting business partnership. With an optimistic outlook, the board has decided to accept your offer of partnership.
We look forward to working with you,
Oliver Buxon

To: Leonardo Lorenzi, Representative of Carabana Airways
Subject: Partnership agreementMr. Lorenzi,
Since our corporate partnership scheme began, those established with airline companies have consistently proven to be the most lucrative in terms of hard revenues as well as indirect brand advertisement. Confident that your company would be no different, we entered into the reviewing process with great optimism.
After a thorough review of your storefront by the concerned internal departments, we are pleased with the level of detail in terms of information available to customers. Alongside this, the positive feedback from said customers further strengthened our confidence in the potential success of a corporate arrangement between our two companies.
For the reasons stated above, the board has decided to accept your offer of partnership. Should there be anything your company would like to bring to our attention in relation to this agreement, do not hesitate to contact us whereby we shall seek to respond and address your grievances at our earliest convenience. Thank you.
We look forward to working with you,
Oliver Buxon

To: Kaito Maki, Representative of AirKyrashia
Subject: Partnership agreementMr. Maki,
Thank you for placing a formal interest in becoming an official partner of CuppaCoffee. AirKyrashia is known to many of us here at CuppaCoffee as one of the rare up-and-coming international airlines that has the potential to establish a wide global reach. We look forward to watching the continued success of your company as its awareness among international air travellers increases.
As part of the application process, our dedicated internal review agency conducted an impartial study of your storefront to help us better evaluate the current success of your company as well as the potential for expansion in the future. Following the conclusion of the investigation, we were most impressed by the amount of information you have provided for customers as well as AirKyrashia's eagerness to expand global awareness of its brands and associated services through the implementation of a corporate and airline partnership scheme.
Therefore, following a lengthy review and voting process conducted by the board, we have decided to accept your application. AirKyrashia is now an official partner of CuppaCoffee PLC.
Thank you,
Oliver Buxon

To: Representatives of the Government of Camoyas
Subject: Supplier agreementWhom it may concern,
We are honoured that your government has chosen CuppaCoffee to sell products containing the endangered Camoyan cocoa bean. Understanding that your nation is undertaking significant action to widen international awareness of the species' precarious situation, we feel that our significant global presence would greatly reduce the strain exerted on your government.
Hoping that we can work together with you in order to bring the Camoyan cocoa bean back from the brink of extinction, the board has unanimously decided to accept your supplier agreement. While we are normally hesitate to conduct business with state-owned companies that do not maintain an active international storefront, we are confident that we have made the right decision on this occasion.
Finally, on behalf of CuppaCoffee, I hope that the endeavours undertaken by your government to save the national Camoyan cocoa bean prove successful. We look forward to working with you and await the first shipments.
Thank you,
Oliver Buxon

To: Jin-Hin Zu, Chief Executive Officer of Tzenese Airlines
Subject: Partnership agreementMr. Zu,
Thank you for taking a formal interest in establishing a business partnership with CuppaCoffee PLC. We are glad to see that our image and reputation on the international stage is being well-received by our potential clients. While we are confident that these negotiations will be a success we hope that, whatever the outcome, the image of our company will not be tainted in the eyes of Tzenese Airlines.
After a thorough, impartial review of your storefront as dictated by internal company procedures we are pleased to announce that the board has come to a final decision regarding your application. Prior to presenting you with this decision, we must first make known that the usage of our logos on your storefront prior to our acceptance of your application will not be tolerated in future. While we admire your enthusiasm to commence formal business relations with CuppaCoffee, we must maintain observance of international laws in regards to false advertising. Taking the small size of your airline into account, we would like to make clear that, in this instance anyhow, it will NOT affect the outcome of our review process. We are, however, required to inform you that such actions in future will carry more significant consequences.
In regards to the findings of our enquiries. The board was pleased by the vast amounts of information provided on your storefront, allowing for easier understanding of your companies workings by potential customers. We are also encouraged by your energy in regards to raising awareness of your airline. As a company that has admittedly been coasting on its initial wave of international success, CuppaCoffee values this quality highly in its potential partners.
As a result, I am pleased to announce that the board has decided unanimously to accept your offer of partnership. As of this moment, Tzenese Airlines may consider itself to be part of a formal business partnership with CuppaCoffee PLC. We hope you are pleased with the decision arrived at by the board of directors and we look forward to monitoring the success of this partnership, as well the success of your airline, into the distant future.
I apologise wholeheartedly for the delay in our response,
Oliver Buxon
