I write to you on this day bringing sad news. Last-minute Christmas shoppers in the Forestia Shopping Centre, the largest mall in Ainin, were waiting at a CuppaCoffee store to get some drinks when a riot broke out at the store on the other side of the hallway over some very unexpensive video game consoles. The riot spread to the entire first floor of the building. The people who did not get a console began rioting. Someone threw a flash grenade in the CuppaCoffee store and the people in it began panicking. Around 17 people were killed after a stampede to get to the emergency exit began. 4 personnel and 5 costumers of CuppaCoffee were killed. We have sufficent evidence to determine that they were innocent bystanders caught in the middle of the stampede and/or the riot. We are sorry but the store (and half of the mall) was destroyed when rioters set fire to a bathroom. The fire department could not do anything about it as rioters were blocking the way. The government is willing to give to you, at your request, up to 1.2 Million Dollars of compensation. You have the condolences of the entire government of the Republic of Ainin.
