Personal/Private Banking Account (B1 and B2 levels)
Security Level: Basic - Moderate
Description:
This is the banking account closest to the people, which is why we put close attention to protecting your wealth and helping it grow.

Those who apply for a Personal (B1) account will be offered a range of basic financial services from loans and checking to mortage and investment planning. The IBS also offers to insure USD$ 1,000,000.00 to cover any theft of money or sudden financial change. Those apply for a B1 account will generate 2.0% interest every year.

Those who apply for a Private (B2) account will be offered an advanced range of financial and security services, in addition to the basic protection given to B1 clients. Such services include increased security protection and advanced investment, retirement, and tax planning/advise. The IBS offers to insure USD$ 3,000,000.00 to cover any theft or sudden financial change. Those who apply for a B2 account will generate 2.5% interest every year. However to apply for a B2 account, the customer must deposit at least USD$ 2,000,000.00.

Description:

Those business who apply for the Business (B3) account will be given 2.5% interest every year and a starting of 15 reward points. All clients holding or applying for the B3 account are given an immediate cash infusion of USD$ 50,000.00 to help them grow and prosper.

Sovereign Wealth Banking Account (A1 level)
Security Level: Extreme Security
Description:
This account is RESERVED for only governmental useage. National governments may deposit stocks, bonds, property, precious metals or other financial instruments that they or their major business firms hold. They may also deposit foreign exchange currency/reserves into their accounts.

Due to the importance of these assets and their potential effect on the global economy, the IBS will attach smaller interest rates of 1.0%. When transfering the account deposits (excluding foreign currencies), a transaction fee of 0.25% will be issued to the recepient entity.

Secondary Banking: Loaning Credit and Capital

Civil Loans:
Description:
The Imperial Bank of Symphonia proudly supports the common man, championing the rights of the lowest classes ever since the IBS' freeing from government ownership. Therefore, it is a duty for our bank to offer an affordable plan for ones future in the world.

The Civil Loan is specially designated for individual civilian use, such as for home loans, college student loans, car loans, and the many other financial lending actions taken by the common man for each person's specific needs. Description:

Government Loans:
Description:
The Imperial Bank of Symphonia is a supporter of free enterprise, excellent standard of living, and good government. In a place such as the Asian Federation, these qualities allow for econoic growth that is beneficial for all peoples who interact in the economy, which is to say....everyone.

To assist foreign governments in improving their nations and therefore the lives of their citizens, the Imperial Bank of Symphonia has created the straight-forward Government Loan. Ths IBS allows foreign governments to request a loan of money for investment, avoidance of default, or any other reason provided that the money being lended is used for peaceful purposes only.

All Government Loans have a maximum lending ceiling of USD$ 90,000,000.00, unless stated otherwise in lending negotiations. Depending on the reason and the country in question, the interest rate will range between 2.5% - 5.0% of the total capital being lended. Also depending on the reason and country, the maximum payment time period goes up to 12 months, unless stated otherwise in lending negotiations.

Extra Information:

The Imperial Bank of Symphonia, though it may try to be as customer friendly as possible, has established a set of guidelines which it must follow in order to remain a viable business entity and still be able to provide to its customers. However, there is information regarding the perks that one may enjoy when doing business with the IBS. Below are the extra information that all IBS customers must know:

In the previous sections, the IBS Interest/Loan Payment Schedule can be divided by a weekly payment, a monthly payment, or a single total payment before or on the last day of the set payment deadline. Payment Schedule can be specified in the application form.

Please note that all Payment Schedules are done in RL time.

While the IBS may provide a generous loan payment and interest rate to its customers, a failure to complete payment by the set deadline will result in slight disiplinary action.

Any loan recipient that falls below that of the stand Commercial Loan will have an automatic 0.1% increase in interest for every week that payment is missed, or 0.5% increase in interest for every monthly payment missed. All "consequential" interest will be added up and the new interest rate on the remainder of the payment will be sent once the loan recipient begins payment once more.

For any recipient of the Government Loan, failure to make the Loan Payment Deadline will result in disiplinary action in the form of a new interest rate on the remainder of the payment. The new interest rate will be decided upon by the Board of Directors, in conjunction with the Asian Federation Central Reserve Bank's Board of Governors.

Because the Imperial Bank of Symphonia firmly believes your money is yours, it has made a commitment to not set an interest rate on withdrawling capital from your deposits here in the bank.

However, as transactions between foreign accounts and internal accounts may occur,the IBS has set a transfer fee to cover the operation costs of managing transactions between international and domestic deposits. For all transferring depositors in and below the Business/Corporate Banking Accounts (B1, B2, B3, B4), the transaction fee is set at 0.15% total interest. For all transferring depositors in and above the Global Banking and World Market Account (B5, B6, A1), the transaction fee is set at 0.25% total interest.

It is true that the Imperial Bank of Symphonia wishes to invest in the security and good health of the world economy and the economic growth of many NS countries. However, it may not have the means to do so.

So the IBS has decided that it will let each customer specify whether he/she/it is willing to let the IBS invest a portion or their entire interest in investment. The direction of this investment is entirely up to the wishes of the customer. The customer may specify their plans in the Depositor application form.

For those businesses who work diligently for their customers and treat their employees kindly, the IBS offers reward points to ease the way for further growth. Reward points can be used in a three ways:

- Decreased loan interest rate (25 points)
- Increased deposit interest rate (25 points)
- Increased lending capital (30 points)

Businesses that sign up for the B3 account will be given a start up infusion of 15 reward points. For every 2 days that the customer remains with the IBS, 1 new reward point is generated.

The Imperial Bank of Symphonia recognizes that there are many nations in theis world, with many differing ideologies and philosophies from that of this financial institution as well as the Asian Federation government. In order to deal with this wide range of differences and exceptions, any government that wishes to borrow from ths IBS must go into negotiations, which are overseen and directed by the IBS Board of Directors and the Asian Federation Central Reserve Bank's Board of Governors.

Government borrowers must list why they wish to request capital asisstance from the IBS and what they are going to do with the IBS loan. This will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and Board of Governors, and a loan will be offered accordingly to the stated reason. The said government may accept or reject the offer and come up with its counteroffer, which will be subject to further revision by the bank.

If no agreement has been reached, then both entities may withdraw from negotiations.

Reserved for Government Loan borrowers ONLY

The Imperial Bank of Symphonia reserves the right o refuse service to any customer or potential customer, provided that it is for a legitimate reason. For example, the IBS will refuse service to a customer if tht customer is found to be failing in his/her financial obligations or commits actions that are found unacceptable to bank policy or the policies of the Asian Federation Financial Regulatory Act: Article 3, Section 17

No bank that is a registered AFDIC-insured is allowed to do business with suspicious entities and or entities that contradict the policies of the current Asian Federation government. If proper investigation is deemed nessessary, the Asian Federation Regulatory Act gives AFDIC-insured banks to investigate the history and policies of suspicious entities.
