This is going to sound strange and very very silly, but going through our inventory we realized that we made quite the blunder with one of our purchases. At two different points we purchased a set of four Longsword-class vessels. This means we are currently in possession of eight Longsword vessels six of which are just draining money and resources to maintain. We would therefore like to return these six vessels to Lyran Arms. It should be noted that not a single one of these vessels has seen combat or any difficult task. Four of these vessels in fact reside in dry dock.

Secondly, seeing the importance this program will play to the Mokan State, we have decided to offer an investment of Two Trillion dollars in the continuance of the program.

Finally, we would be interested in hosting a Lyran Arms Foreign Production Detachment if possible. Our focus would be on Naval Shipyard production, however we do currently have many factories producing most non-restricted items here in Mokastana already due to DPR purchases. The Department of Procurement of the Mallaskan Department of Defense would like to place an order in efforts to modernize the Mallaskan helicopter fleet. As per your esteemed group's victory of the Navy, Air Force, and Nautical Guard portions of the Mallaskan Utility Helicopter Competition, we would like to order domestic production rights of the LA-214 Molior. We request abilities to modify these helicopters heavily to perfectly fit their desired tasks within the three military branches which will utilize the Molior. As the accounting offices of the Department of Defense are unsure that domestic production rights covers all military variations of the Molior, the order shall include DPRs for both desired variations. With this, we would like to place the following order:

DPRs - LA-214 Molior (Standard) - $4,000,000,000 NSD
DPRs - LA-214 Mlior (Naval) - $4,000,000,000 NSD

This order, should the production rights not stack upon themselves for different variations, should sum up to $8,000,000,000 NSD. As per agreements to winners of the Mallaskan Department of Defense Utility Helicopter Competition, a rather generous sum of $75,000,000,000 NSD will also be wired to the Lyran Armaments account in the established banking institution of choice for the advancement of your company. As ordered by top commanders of the Mallaskan Armed Forces, I must also state that previous products purchased from Lyran arms have heavily assisted Mallaskan forces overseas in the ongoing Gavran War, with Lyran products now being the most numerous foreign products in use by the Mallaskan military. Your products have aided in the defeat of East Gavra as well as the success of Operations Prism and Archipelago against Keymoa. I am proud to say that the Mallaskan state has full commendation for Lyran Arms, as Lyran products continue to be valuable to the success of allied forces in ongoing war.
