Our order has been approved by the Eagleland Parliament Assembly of December the 31st, 2012, taking into consideration the following legal restrictions on weaponry acquisition and military reinforcement:
1: Article 35 of the Eagleland's Constitution, dictating honesty in all transactions;
2: Article 8 of Law 3421/1867, which requires a financial check on all transactions;
3: Article 7 of Law 4212/1912, which authorizes the acquisition of foreign-made weaponry;

Understanding that your national interests need to come first, we recognize that, as Article 35 of our Constitution dictates, honesty and integrity in this transaction is paramount. For this purpose, special personnel are required for training our production personnel on the methods of producing said equipment. However, it is also necessary to understand that our Government will not request classified information or tactics used by your armed forces from such personnel.

Comprehending that compensation is required for this interaction we offer your company the sum of five hundred and thirty seven billion, three hundred million NS Dollars (NS$537,300,000,000), to be transferred to your company's bank account, upon approval of our request. In addition, we would like to donate an amount of three trillion NS Dollars (NS$3,000,000,000,000) to your Damocles Satellite Constellation Programme, as part of our contributions to a highly respected arms manufacturing company, as a donation from the Eagleland Federal Government in general.
