To the nation of Anagonia-Yohannes,

We have finalized the calculations with regards to dealers and tax revenue. Asai Motors will open 49,149 dealerships across The Empire with approximately 140 sales per dealership each month for a total of 6,880,860 sales each month. That's a projection of over 82 million cars each year. Approximately $2,326,788,809.30 will be paid in tax each month.

Of course, one does not simply establish 49 thousand dealerships and sell 7 million cars overnight. This will necessarily be a gradual process to be completed over time. Furthermore, with such a huge number of monthly sales, Asai would like to establish a number of factories in The Empire if local authorities agree. These factories will provide employment and provide a further 5% discount on single-order sales.

The aforementioned factories would include 4 Full Vehicle assemblies, 3 Body Component assemblies, 6 Final vehicle assemblies, 2 Interior Component assemblies, 1 Knock-down kit assembly, and 6 Mechanical and Powertrain Component assemblies. Many parts for the Final vehicle assemblies and knock-down kit assembly will need to be imported from factories in Yasashii. As in Yasashii, local subcontractors will be used for the manufacture of electrical and hydrogen powertrains in adherence to Asai Motors standards and designs.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with Anagonia-Yohannes.

To The Department of Transportation of The Allied States of Tutlingburg,

We have finalized the calculations with regards to dealers and tax revenue. Asai Motors will open 1,008 dealerships across The Allied States with approximately 134 sales per dealership each month for a total of 135,072 sales each month. That's a projection of just over 1.6 million annual sales. Approximately $40,109,918.35 will be paid in tax each month before any factory subsidies and tax breaks are factored.

It is interesting to note that Tutlingburg will be Asai's first wholly alternative-fuel market. With such a healthy sales figure of select models, the prospects of a manufacturing plant in Tutlingburg are indeed attractive and Asai is willing to construct and/or invest in facilities. With the approval of the local authorities, Asai wishes to maintain a body component assembly facility, a final vehicle assembly facility, two mechanical and powertrain component assembly facilities, and a complete vehicle assembly for a total of five factories.

The final vehicle assembly will use parts imported from Yasashii and parts sourced from Asai factories in Tutlingburg. The complete vehicle assembly manufactures all parts in house with some minor exceptions - these exceptions tend to be parts provided from locally-sourced subcontractors. The two mechanical and powertrain facilities will be geared towards providing for other factories in Tutlingburg and for export whereas the body component assembly will be used for the local market only. These facilities will directly employ approximately 95,000 to 125,000 persons full time and 15,000 to 25,000 part time.

A complete vehicle assembly is no small factory - rather, these factories tend to be large but, in some cases, include significant R&D functions. Asai would like to use its Complete Vehicle Assembly in Tutlingburg to advance research into electric powertrains and battery technology.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with The Allied States of Tutlingburg.

To The Provincial Republic of Valcluse,

We have finalized the calculations with regards to dealers and tax revenue. Asai Motors will open 7 dealerships across Valcluse with approximately 126 sales per dealership each month for a total of 3,402 sales each month. That's a projection of just over forty-thousand annual sales. Approximately $116,356.96 will be paid in tax each month.

With regards to Euro Emission and NCAP standards, rest assured Asai vehicles will exceed expectations. Due to tight emission standards in Yasashii - standards that, in part, spawned the need for electric and hydrogen cars - all Asai models meet the future EURO 6 emissions standards. Asai models, though built to Yasashii safety standards and modified for local markets, do pass Euro NCAP standards comfortably. Naturally, Asai is willing to submit its models for testing in Valcluse.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with The Provincial Republic of Valcluse.

**** Official Communiqué ****

The Tutlingburg Department of Transportation has forwarded your response to us. Let us be the first to welcome you to the Allied States of Tutlingburg. Your intention to build multiple facilities in the Tutlingburg area has entitled you to multiple benefits.

First, a reduction in the business income and profit tax rate. This will be reduced from 11% and 3.25% to 9.25% and 1.75% respectively.. The Department of Industry will also subsidize the construction of all Asai Motors facilities and needed infrastructure. Finally your desire to unitize some of your facilities to research and develop new electric power-trains and battery technology will entitle you to a 7.20% reimbursement of all costs related to this endeavor.(As per, 2007-44-6 "Clean Technology Research Act)

We also note your complete vehicle assembly factory will necessarily be a massive facility. As such the Creek Bay City counsel has offered an area of land totaling 10 million square feet (930,000 m²) in the new Creek Bay Industrial Park. The price for this land has been set at 1.75 per square foot, reduced from 2.50 per square foot. Creek Bay is a town of eight and a half million with an Air and Sea port which can provide easy access to shipping.

We hope these advantages please you and add if you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, please do not hesitate to make them known.

To The Esteemed Anthony Naber,

The Allied States and Creek Bay City could not be more agreeable with regards to Asai's needs and intentions; my superiors having given the final green-light and Asai engineers and management will arrive in Tutlingburg to oversee construction and hiring. Creek Bay will indeed be the location of the Complete Vehicle Assembly and, because of its ports, will also become the primary import-export shipment point for Asai products in The Allied States.

We have also re-calculated the monthly tax revenue based on the lower tax rates. Approximately NS$31,291,438.46 will be paid monthly on current sales projections. It must also be noted that fleet sales in The Allied States will receive a 5% bonus discount because of the local manufacturing plants.

As an example of Asai R&D in Tutlingburg, Asai intends to invest an initial NS$150 million into battery chemical research. R&D investments like these will undoubtedly have a trickle down effect as local subcontractors and suppliers are called upon to supply and build necessary components or materials. The Department of Industry's costs reimbursement will certainly turn Tutlingburg into a center of R&D.

We thank you very kindly for your time,

To the nation of Nemoweguas,

We have finalized the calculations with regards to dealers and tax revenue. Asai Motors will open 1 dealership in Nemoweguas with approximately 76 sales month. That's a projection of 912 vehicles a year. Approximately $9,226.40 will be paid in income tax each month ($110,716.80 annualy).

We will be sure not to export hydrogen models for general consumption though these models will remain on special order for scientific and educational research. Sales and revenue in Nemoweguas are low due to the low population and GDP per capita of the nation, though this could surely change over time.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with Nemoweguas.

To The Confederacy of Independent Socialist Republics,

We have finalized the calculations with regards to dealers and tax revenue. Asai Motors will open 1,375 dealerships across the CISR with approximately 195 sales month per dealer. That's a projection of just over 3.2 million vehicles a year. Approximately $278,818,421.34 will be paid in trading income tax each month ($3,345,821,056.06 annually). Though we are not currently able to estimate non-trading income tax payments, Asai will duly comply with local tax laws.

With such a high number of sales, Asai would like to ask local authorities for permission to establish factories in The CISR. These factories will comply will local environmental, worker safety, and labour laws. Asai would like to construct a total of four factories - a mechanical and power-train assembly, a body component assembly, and two final vehicle assemblies. The final vehicle assemblies will use some parts imported from Yasashii though the mechanical and body assemblies will feed the final assemblies. Excess capacity in the final vehicle assemblies may be used for exports.

With regards to ethanol and butanol use, all petrol vehicles are tested and certified to run on any butanol mix, ethanol mix, or pure butanol and pure ethanol (E100). Though a hydrogen and electric vehicle recharging infrastructure may be lacking, in the CISR, Asai electric vehicles come with a simple 100v-240v wall plug in for at home charging. Any 100 to 240 volt plug may be used. Hydrogen vehicles, however, do require a hydrogen refuelling stations. Hydrogen models will remain a special order option.

Your interest in a reciprocal trade agreement has been forwarded to the Directorate of Foreign Affairs who will undoubtedly contact the CISR shortly.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with our kind neighbour.

Dear Sir,
we at RFM Automotive would like to develop a new vehicle with you. It would complement the ASAI Model 6 and be available in SUV/crossover form. Engines would be our new 2.0-litre/145bhp 4-cylinder and a 3.2-litre/180bhp V6 petrol engine, or the 2.2 HDi engine. No electric or hybrid models would be offered, and it would be $6,000 more than a saloon or estate model.

I await a reply with interest.

Right, this isn't really an official government request; But we, the parlement of Bukharabia, would like to purchase one ASAI Model 9 luxury car with all the optional equipment. We're going to give it to our Sultan as a birthday gift.

We'd also like it to be able to extend hidden weapons such as machine guns (which we will provide) from it's front and rear, have a more durable bomb-proof chasis, and have bulletproof glass

To John Anderson of RFM Automotive,

The proposition of a jointly developed crossover vehicle is indeed intriguing. Naturally, we expect Asai and RFM to maintain their own brand and model nomenclature for vehicle listings. It must be noted that for Asai to consider this venture viable, the vehicle must be a large crossover so as not to compete with the Asai Model 3 or, indirectly, the Asai Model 4X.

With regards to engines, Asai respects RFM's wishes to market the vehicle with their new 4-cylinder engine, though Asai would like to refrain from using this engine in their variant of the vehicle. For Asai, said engine may result in indirect competition with the Model 3 and Model 4X. The Model 6 series as a whole generally is slated to use higher-power engines, with some exceptions. We simply feel 145bhp is too little for a large vehicle. Asai will not seek to restrict RFM's choice for their version of the vehicle.

On the other hand, Asai does see the viability of the 3.2 litre engine if power output was boosted through tuning. Asai is willing to use its 2.2 HDi engine and its 2.6 24v engine in the project and supply it's 3.0 turbo unit as a performance option. RFM will not be obliged to use these engines, though we will gladly contribute these engines to the project.

For the Asai variant, Asai will reserve the right to port its electric and hydrogen power-trains to the vehicle. Alternative-fuel offerings from Asai have proven to be popular in the Yasashii domestic market and some foreign markets.

We are certainly open to suggestions. Thank you for your time, we look forward to hearing back from RFM.

Masoto Mamoru
-Lead Manager, Asai Foreign Sales Team

OOC: Have a vehicle in mind? I would prefer not to use something that's popular or well known. Perhaps the (red) Mazda Minagi concept?

To The Isles of Beinai,

We have finalized the calculations with regards to dealers and tax revenue. Asai Motors will need the equivalent of 779 dealerships across the isles with approximately 74 sales month per dealer. That's a projection of just under 700 thousand vehicles a year. If the Life Motors Group could provide dealership capacity to allow that sales volume, Asai will gladly lease the space. Approximately $7,405,349.28 will be paid in income tax each month ($88,864,191.30 annually).

With regards to petrol and diesel vehicles, Asai will sell units based on demand and will avoid flooding the market with these models. Asai electric vehicles come with a simple 100v-240v wall plug in for at home charging. Any 100 to 240 volt plug may be used. Hydrogen vehicles, however, do require a hydrogen refueling stations and thus hydrogen models will remain a special order option until a wide hydrogen infrastructure is in place.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with The Isles of Beinai.

Masoto Mamoru
-Lead Manager, Asai Foreign Sales Team

Dear Kirsty Scott,

Thank you for your interest in Asai products. Your order has been processed and will be prepared once the necessary funds have been received by Asai. The bullet-proof glass requested is a glass-clad polycarbonate meeting NIJ Level III, EN1063 BR6, and STANAG 4569 II standards, capable of stopping common automatic weapon fire. The emergency LED lighting is not a problem. These options will result in a $4,627.20 surcharge per vehicle as outlined in the invoice below.

Thank you for your interest in Asai products. We're humbled to be the choice gift for the Sultan, but we do need some extra information. Please copy and fill out the form below. On the note of machine guns and other arming, Asai will gladly customize the vehicle. The hidden machine guns will be masked by tiny panels on the front and rear bumpers. Bullet proofing and bomb proofing will be performed. The cost of these changes will total $180,000.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your reply. However, the platform does not support hybrid, electric or any alternative fuel variants; the off-roader was made for developing nations/LEDC (less economically developed countries) and as such is aimed at a wholly different market than most "regular" nations.

Naming the vehicle is your decision; but it's to complement the Model 6, and is of similar status to it. RFM has a specific platform they developed for this vehicle.

Engines, however, would be developed by both of us, and it is a large crossover (similar to the Toyota 4Runner/Hilux Surf) in size, so no issues there. But it is developed for nations with less refined roads than ours, and in areas where alternative-fuel vehicles are far less common or non-existent*

Dear Kirsty Scott,

Thank you for the very prompt reply and money transfer. The Vehicles are being prepared and will arrive on a Yasashii-registered tanker and transported over land if required. We sincerely hope these vehicles meet and exceed expectations.

Asai will also provide an additional 3 year warranty on all vehicles in addition to the existing 5 year warranties as a first time order bonus.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with The Democratic Republic of Krumbia again in the future.

(OOC: Look up the Geely ET925. Some pics of a black one from the 2009 Shanghai Auto Show are floating on the web. Some here I’ll gladly edit the brand logos and licence plates for you. :))

Thank you for the prompt reply. Asai will build the vehicle to the specification required. The seats will be a deep forest brown leather with a soft suede effect. The dash will be piano black enamel with silver dust ingrained to provide a beautiful shimmer and the same will done with the exterior paint. The appropriate security modifications are being performed and the vehicle will arrive on a Yasashii-registered cargo jet. Asai will gift wrap the vehicle at no charge as a complementary service as this is Bukharabia's first order.

Invoice
Parliament of Bukharabia
[1] Model 9 H400, black with silver dust: $328,155
Base model price: $148,155.00/unit
Bullet, bomb proofing and machine gun modifications: $180,000

Grand Total: $328,155

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with Bukharabia in the future.

To John Anderson of RFM Automotive,

We’re a tad baffled. We’re not quite sure how a vehicle designed for low-income and developing nations slots in with the entry-level luxury Model 6 and Model 6X nor do we understand why the vehicle cannot be modified for alternative fuel sources.

Alas, having considered market projections and the desired sales strategy of Asai, Asai sees little viability of marketing a vehicle designed for low income nations as a premium vehicle in high-income markets without the options of alternative power plants. For viability, the vehicle would, in terms of pricing, need to be appropriate for a developing market. The Model 6 pricing is certainly not appropriate for said markets nor would a vehicle developed for those markets be appropriate for Model 6 pricing without. The product may compete with existing Asai offerings and create product overlaps. Asai will have to decline involvement.

Thank you for your time, we look forward to working with RFM in the future.

Masoto Mamoru
-Lead Manager, Asai Foreign Sales Team

OOC: Sorry amigo, not sure how this would slot in the Asai scheme of things nor why Asai wouldn’t be able to use alternative power-trains. Conversions are possible on most any vehicle. I do appreciate your time.

To Matthieu Jamet,

Thank you for your interest in Asai products. Your order has been processed and will be prepared once the necessary funds have been received by Asai. It must be noted that Yasashii itself is a right-hand drive country and so producing right-hand drives vehicles for Southern Cynocephali will be no issue.

All vehicles, as standard, come with an immobiliser – the correct key or fob must be present and inserted. Hot-wiring Asai vehicles is extremely difficult, if not impossible. All keys and fobs have RFID signatures unique to the car – if the RFID is wrong or not present, it will not be possible to start the vehicle.

With regards to the SOS button, the feature merely pings the location of the distressed vehicle/driver to the nearest emergency call center. However, the Highline models requested come with Satellite Navigation Systems that do include monitor and tracking capabilities. Software for mobile devices and home computers comes with the SatNav system and allows the customer to track an unlimited number of cars in a simple database. The software also allows remote vehicle deactivation which includes force shut-off and vehicle lock out capabilities. Power is maintained to braking and steering systems for safe pull-overs and to prevent vehicle damage. The system allows law-enforcement agencies to remotely lock and disable the vehicle’s windows and doors so that escape is not possible until officers arrive.

We are very happy you asked these questions and will edit our catalogue to include this information.

Invoice
The Republic of Southern Cynocephali
[100] Model 7 4.7 32V Highline, black: $8,239,999.00
Base model price: $77,899.99/unit
Highline Package: $4,500.00/unit
Unit subtotal: $82,399.99

[200] Model 6 3.0T Highline, black: $11,919,998.00
Base model price: $52,899.99/unit
Highline Package: $6,700.00/Unit
Unit subtotal: $59,599.99

Subtotal: $20,159,997.00
5% Small Fleet discount: -$1,007,999.85
2.5% Bohemian Grove Regional Discount:-$503,999.93
Grand Total: $18,647,997.22

With regards to dealerships and sales centres, we have finalized the calculations. We respect the cap of 20 dealerships and the cap of 3 per city and will work within these regulations, though have also prepared figures for non-capped dealer numbers.

Asai Motors would have liked to open 528 normal dealerships across Southern Cynocephali with approximately 123 sales month per dealer and a projection 779,328 vehicles a year. $210,588,083.52 would have been paid in taxes annually at the 15% bracket.

However, due to the cap, the dealerships will have to be restricted to test-drive and model order status only with only demo and display models in inventory unless said dealerships are simply massive. Through this order and deliver oriented system with no inventory to sell immediately, roughly 500 sales may be made each month. In this case, 120,000 vehicles will be sold annually because it will be harder to sell vehicles with a wait time as no vehicles will be available immediately. Approximately $ 2,702,100.38 will be paid income tax each month ($32,425,204.57 annually) at the 15% bracket.

Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with our kind neighbour.

Masoto Mamoru
-Lead Manager, Asai Foreign Sales Team

(OOC: I know that sales/volume restriction may be odd, but I used to work in retail. When a certain item was order-only or out of stock, we generally had the capacity to sell more in any given day because there was no restriction on the number of orders – an item was not bound by physical inventory. However, overall sales of the item would be lower as people tend to like things right away and when faced with a huge reduction in outlets, location becomes an issue. 120,000 vehicles a year through 20 dealerships would be quite a feat, but there is a method to my madness! Bwoohoohoohaha)

These options will result in a $4,600.00 surcharge per vehicle as outlined in the invoice below. The plugs for charging mobile phones come as part of the High Line Infotainment system and include USB ports for charge and data sync.

Please note the invoice is in English for internal use and ease of sorting. No disrespect is intended and we hold all of our customers in the highest esteem.
