To The Department of Transportation of The Allied States of Tutlingburg,
We have finalized the calculations with regards to dealers and tax revenue. Asai Motors will open 1,008 dealerships across The Allied States with approximately 134 sales per dealership each month for a total of 135,072 sales each month. That's a projection of just over 1.6 million annual sales. Approximately $40,109,918.35 will be paid in tax each month before any factory subsidies and tax breaks are factored.
It is interesting to note that Tutlingburg will be Asai's first wholly alternative-fuel market. With such a healthy sales figure of select models, the prospects of a manufacturing plant in Tutlingburg are indeed attractive and Asai is willing to construct and/or invest in facilities. With the approval of the local authorities, Asai wishes to maintain a body component assembly facility, a final vehicle assembly facility, two mechanical and powertrain component assembly facilities, and a complete vehicle assembly for a total of five factories.
The final vehicle assembly will use parts imported from Yasashii and parts sourced from Asai factories in Tutlingburg. The complete vehicle assembly manufactures all parts in house with some minor exceptions - these exceptions tend to be parts provided from locally-sourced subcontractors. The two mechanical and powertrain facilities will be geared towards providing for other factories in Tutlingburg and for export whereas the body component assembly will be used for the local market only. These facilities will directly employ approximately 95,000 to 125,000 persons full time and 15,000 to 25,000 part time.
A complete vehicle assembly is no small factory - rather, these factories tend to be large but, in some cases, include significant R&D functions. Asai would like to use its Complete Vehicle Assembly in Tutlingburg to advance research into electric powertrains and battery technology.
Thank you for your time and business, we look forward to working with The Allied States of Tutlingburg.

236-611**** Official Communiqué ****
The Tutlingburg Department of Transportation has forwarded your response to us. Let us be the first to welcome you to the Allied States of Tutlingburg. Your intention to build multiple facilities in the Tutlingburg area has entitled you to multiple benefits.
First, a reduction in the business income and profit tax rate. This will be reduced from 11% and 3.25% to 9.25% and 1.75% respectively.. The Department of Industry will also subsidize the construction of all Asai Motors facilities and needed infrastructure. Finally your desire to unitize some of your facilities to research and develop new electric power-trains and battery technology will entitle you to a 7.20% reimbursement of all costs related to this endeavor.(As per, 2007-44-6 "Clean Technology Research Act)
We also note your complete vehicle assembly factory will necessarily be a massive facility. As such the Creek Bay City counsel has offered an area of land totaling 10 million square feet (930,000 m²) in the new Creek Bay Industrial Park. The price for this land has been set at 1.75 per square foot, reduced from 2.50 per square foot. Creek Bay is a town of eight and a half million with an Air and Sea port which can provide easy access to shipping.
We hope these advantages please you and add if you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, please do not hesitate to make them known.
Anthony Naber
