About Motor Horse Company
The Motor Horse Company traces its roots to the Agrarian Republic's Frontier, specifically, the then territorial capital of Ft. Abercrombie. The region, known for its unforgiving terrain and environment, was sparsely populated; the main method of transportation being the horse. A group of local blacksmiths, hobbyists, and entrepreneurs however sought to find a more potent method of transportation. The first automobile, a simple unnamed motor carriage, was built for the town's mayor. However, the vehicle was extremely poor at tackling the terrain immediately outside of the town. The designers went to work, designing an automobile they first termed the "Autohorse", a portmanteau of automobile and horse. The vehicle, finished in late 1922, would be the basis for the generations of automobiles to follow it. Pioneering four wheel drive, using dual and triple wheels for additional traction and reduced ground pressure, using a compression engine, and an ahead-of-its-time transmission and transfer case, the "Motor Horse" was born.

The "Motor Horse" proved to be a reliable and capable companion, and an automotive empire was born. As the vehicle began selling more and more units, the original design and production team had to look for additional manufacturing space. After purchasing a former potato warehouse, the group formally incorporated "The Motor Horse Company" to manufacture the Motor Horse. By 1935, the Motor Horse Company had manufacturing facilities in a dozen Armed Republic states and territories producing subsequent versions of the Motor Horse and additional automobiles.

Motor Horse Company would branch out shortly after its incorporation and begin the production of equipment to replace the draft horse for agricultural purposes. Eventually, in 1988, agricultural equipment manufacturing and sales responsibilities would be transferred to a new corporate division of Motor Horse Company - Motor Horse Agriculture. Currently, Motor Horse Agriculture is the largest agricultural equipment manufacturer and retailer in the Agrarian Republic and the Haven region. With the introduction of the 701-series of agricultural tractors, Motor Horse Agriculture continues its strive for agricultural excellence.

DH 1200 8WD
About the H-series Wheeled Articulated Agricultural Tractor
The H-series wheeled articulated tractors comprise the most powerful series of Motor Horse Agriculture tractors ever produced. H-series tractors are an adaptable high-horsepower wheeled articulated tractor designed to provide superior flotation, exceptional power, and the adaptability that has become a hallmark of Motor Horse Agriculture. Four-wheel drive H-series models include the PH 450, CH 575, and the SH 700. The eight-wheel drive H-series models include the DH 900 and DH 1200.

The series’ flagship model, and most powerful Motor Horse Agriculture tractor in existence, is the DH 1200 Draught Horse. Unlike her equine blood relative, the Draught Horse is fashioned of steel. Her brawn and power is fueled not from a beating heart but two growling turbocharged diesels providing a cumulative twelve hundred horsepower. Designed and built specifically for the large acreage farming operations in the Armed Republic’s heartland where field lengths can be measured in miles (often in double digits); the Draught Horse provides the speed and power to handle massive implements to cover ground quickly and save you, the operator, time and money. With an eighty foot cultivator traveling at a field speed of eight miles per hour, a Draught Horse can cover nearly eighty acres per hour. With its extensive diagnostics and computer system, autosteer, and onboard amenities including refrigerator and air-flush toilet the operator never even has to idle the tractor during operation. The power the Draught Horse brings to the table isn’t the only card in its hand: impressive fuel efficiency and a long service life round out its list of desirable traits. Fully outfitted with front- and rear-dual wheels and loaded with over one thousand gallons of fuel, this land behemoth weighs in at over 100,000 pounds. There’s a reason farmers and custom operators in the Lakota territories refer to it as the Prairie Dreadnaught.

About the 81-series Combine Harvester
Eighty-four years ago, three Ft. Abercrombie farmers first thought, “Why don’t we bring the thresher to the crop rather than vice-versa?” and hit upon the Armed Republic’s first self-propelled combine—the "Harvest Horse". That same tradition of contrarian practicality remains the calling card of today’s Motor Horse Agriculture harvester line: Keep what works. Cull what won’t.

Today, nobody knows combine tech from intake to spreader better than Motor Horse Agriculture. We speak steel. Dream diesel. We’ve blended all we learned from more than three quarters of a century of innovative crop-flow management to cast a new axial flow combine series that’s everything you originally demanded of it—and more. From sidehill wheat to high-moisture corn, green stem beans to safflower, rice to edible beans. If you’ve seen it, we know how to glean it.

When Motor Horse Agriculture engineers began work on our all-new 81-Series axial flow combines, they knew where to go for the best feeder house technology. Right down to the shop floor, where we already had it, in the 77-Series. The 81-Series feeding system incorporates the new helical-vane feeder to supply the new high-capacity Axial Flow Feeding and Threshing System (AFFTS)—including quick-attach header hookups, versatile and reliable feed conveyor, large helical-vane front feeder, efficient stone trap, full 360-degree rotor intake housing designed to enhance crop movement into the rotor, a header and feed elevator drive system that transfers power efficiently and reliably and a powerful feed conveyor and header reverser to clear unexpected plugs at the touch of a button.

Take your operation to new levels of efficiency and productivity behind the wheel of an 81-Series Harvester, only from Motor Horse Agriculture.

About the Altai-series Pickup
The Altai name has a unique place in the Motor Horse Company's history as the name bestowed upon the very first pickup truck that rolled out of the shop in Ft. Abercrombie. It's name has been used time and time again to denote that special vehicle in the Motor Horse lineup designed from the soil up to be a rugged, powerful workhorse on the road and far from it.

Oddly enough, the Altai-series pickup is not produced by the Motor Horse Company's automotive division but rather its Agriculture arm with the belief that the true end users of the Altai pickup are the same people who purchase Motor Horse Agriculture's tractors and implements. To design to their standards, rather than some urban resident, would be true appreciation for their hard labor. To this end, the Altai exhibits all the hallmarks of a Motor Horse Agriculture tractor: their bloodlines run deep and intertwined, sharing steel and their mother's blood - diesel. Her inline diesel engine growls with the proud, thunderous beat only the heart of a Motor Horse Agriculture product could make.

With standard inline diesel engines, optional gasoline engines, and a wide variety of transmission options and gearing, there's a power train to fit your operation. Locking differentials, adjustable suspension, factory towing package, standard four-wheel drive, front and rear implement hook-ups, optional power take off, optional hydraulic pump and implement ports, optional air compressor, varying cab sizes and layouts, varying boxes and layouts, optional chassis-cab, and an absolute plethora of creature comfort options round out this impressive package. Whether you're in the field, on the road, or far from both, only the Altai can do it all. And it's only from Motor Horse Agriculture.

Motor Horse Agriculture's Farm to FuelTM Program

Image

When Motor Horse Agriculture first began revolutionizing agriculture in the Fort Abercrombie area, the vast majority of farms still relied on the original source of horsepower - draft horses - to break, plow, and sow the soil. As our first tractor series began rumbling through the fields, many farmers and agriculturalists refused to give up the self sufficiency that a horse could provide. Oats, alfalfa, and other crops were planted on each farm to feed their horses and few external inputs were required to maintain a healthy stable of capable horses. The mechanization of agriculture brought something to the fields far more powerful and efficient than even the strongest gang of horses, but it came with the costs of providing fuel, oil, and regular maintenance to a very hungry machine.

As technology advanced, efficiency increased - the hungry machines of yesteryear are now trimmer and thriftier on fuel but farmers still require an external source of fuel. Motor Horse Agriculture, in keeping with its proud tradition of revolutionizing the manner in which farmers operate, is preparing to unveil yet one more game changer - the return of the self sufficient agriculturalist.

To: Infantry Agriculture Department - Trade Department
Subject: Re: Dealer Request

Motor Horse Agriculture would like to thank the Infantry Agriculture Department and Trade Department for their interest in establishing a Motor Horse Agriculture Dealer Network in your nation. Our marketing and sales departments have reviewed your sales estimates and dealer portfolio and we have thus agreed to the establishment of a Motor Horse Agriculture Dealership to the dealers interested in your nation. To fulfill this request, we would like to know the unique name(s) of your Motor Horse Agriculture Dealership Network(s) chosen to operate in your country. As of now, it has been provisionally named The Infantry Motor Horse Agriculture Dealership Network and encompasses all one hundred dealerships that have been identified as willing to sell our branded products.

As a general reference, dealerships in the Armed Republic of Soviet Bloc, although underneath one common dealership network (The Armed Republic Motor Horse Dealership Network), fall underneath three distinct regional dealer networks: Frontier Motor Horse Dealer Network, Lakota Motor Horse Agriculture Dealer Network, and Absaroka Motor Horse Dealership Network. Generally, dealers of the regional dealership networks are authorized to outfit sold equipment with unique badging and options unavailable to the other regional dealership networks although this is more commonly employed in the Automotive Division of Motor Horse Company.

We look forward to future dialogue and cooperation with our newest dealership network in The Infantry.

Thank you,

To: Collin Allardyce, CEO Workhorse AG Equipment
Subject: Re: Merger/Negotiations

Mr. Allardyce, we at Motor Horse Agriculture would like to thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, as you can understand the Motor Horse Agriculture brand (name, models, and color scheme) is well known in our home markets, the region of Haven, and across the world thus it would be disadvantageous at this moment to surrender our unique branding to pursue an outright merger and new identity. However, I have conferred with our management team here at Motor Horse Agriculture and the management of our parent, Motor Horse Company, and we have come up with three potential arrangements for cooperation between Motor Horse Agriculture and Workhorse AG.

As we understand, Workhorse AG seems to specialize in a more compact tractor segment including light- to medium- duty tractors in the 100 to 150 HP range. This is supplemented by loaders (we are currently unsure whether they are front-dump loaders or tractor-mounted loaders) in the sub-100 HP range. Workhorse AG also produces several hay and forage implements. In comparison, Motor Horse Agriculture's smallest tractor on the international market is the Model 701 producing 165 HP. Although not expressly stated in our current storefront documentation, Motor Horse Agriculture produces a wide range of field implements, specialty implements, grain handling, and specialty equipment (including a to-be added sprayer, specialty harvesters, etc.). Thus we do believe it is advantageous for us to work in some capacity with Workhorse AG to fulfill gaps in our product spectrum. Please review our following proposals:

Corporate Alliance and Marketing Agreement: Our first proposal would require the least integration and our two companies would remain structurally and corporately separate. However, Motor Horse Agriculture and Workhorse AG would work cooperatively. Motor Horse Agriculture would gain the right to market and sell versions of Workhorse AG equipment such as your small tractor line and hay and forage equipment. These products, sold through Motor Horse Agriculture dealers would be branded as Motor Horse Agriculture equipment but be built by Workhorse AG. Subsequently, Motor Horse Agriculture will invest in Workhorse AG and maintain a working partnership with your company to ensure product quality, provide technical and production assistance, and share in some research and development duties. Workhorse AG will gain the opportunity to market Motor Horse Agriculture-branded products including our tractor and implement lines however they will remain Motor Horse Agriculture branded and will be built in our production facilities. This can be expanded in the future to include collaborative work on new equipment. [OOC: Simply put, we will market your tractors here in their entirety as Motor Horse Agriculture-branded and provide a link to your storefront; all you have to do is provide a link to this storefront on your's.]

Purchase by Motor Horse Company: Our second proposal would require the purchase of Workhorse AG by our parent company - Motor Horse Company. After a successful purchase, Workhorse AG will retain its branding (including name and colors) but become, like Motor Horse Agriculture, a subsidiary of Motor Horse Company. However, Workhorse AG will be retooled somewhat and provide products and services that Motor Horse Agriculture does not including your line of small and compact tractors and loaders and hay and forage equipment. Your product line will require expanding to include the entirety of the compact-tractor market such as compact implements designed for your tractor line as well as some higher horsepower tractor models to provide some overlap with Motor Horse Agriculture. This will allow us to utilize the entirety of the compact tractor and specialty market. Motor Horse Agriculture would provide technical and design assistance to allow Workhorse AG to expand into the following markets: specialty crops (including orchard, vegetables, etc.) where your tractor line would be most beneficial, small-scale and hobby farming (small-scale planting, harvest, and tillage equipment), utility (loader, post hole digger, stump remover, etc.), farm light duty (livestock management, hay/forage, etc.), mowing, and industrial. In this proposal, we also envision Workhorse AG or its own subsidiary becoming Motor Horse Company's entry into the construction market including skid-steer loaders, payloaders, bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, motor graders, and construction-specific versions of Workhorse AG's existing tractor line. Workhorse AG will remain in complete control of its own operations as a subsidiary of Motor Horse Company but will receive design and technical assistance from Motor Horse Agriculture. We envision Workhorse AG becoming a world leader in the compact and utility tractor market in this manner providing an impressive spectrum of agricultural and utility products for specialty growers, commercial interests, small and large farms, hobbyists, grounds maintenance, and construction.

This proposal can be expanded to include the development of a full Workhorse AG tractor line using modified existing Motor Horse Agriculture tractors. Motor Horse Agriculture will produce these tractors for Workhorse AG using Workhorse AG's branding and individual differences specific to the Workhorse AG brand. Likely, in this scenario, Workhorse AG will operate as the low- to mid-priced option in the tractor line-up and focus on reliability, low ownership cost, and exceptional service life. [OOC: In short, our storefronts will remain separate although Workhorse AG will be a subsidiary of Motor Horse Company and thus a corporate sibling of Motor Horse Agriculture similar to the relationship between Case IH and New Holland. You will specialize in compact and specialty tractors and equipment including the options to develop construction equipment and the possibility to receive a full tractor line developed off Motor Horse Ag's tractors and equipment. I will even provide images provided you give me your general color scheme, logo, and general idea of what you want your "brand identity" to look like (example images if you have none).]

Complete Acquisition: Our final proposal would involve the entire purchase of Workhorse AG and the divestiture of its production operations into Motor Horse Agriculture. Motor Horse Agriculture would produce and market Workhorse AG designed equipment branded as Motor Horse Agriculture. Workhorse AG would be dissolved although some of its infrastructure including production facilities, corporate offices, and equipment may be used as Motor Horse Agriculture assets. Management and other personnel may be used to set up a Motor Horse Agriculture dealership, production, and marketing network in your country.

We look forward to future dialogue with Workhorse AG on our upcoming cooperation.

Thank you,

Cyrus Havre

Subject: Re: Merger/Negotiations

Mr. Allardyce, Motor Horse Agriculture welcomes this corporate alliance with Workhorse AG. In order for Workhorse AG equipment to be sold in our dealerships in their entirety we will need as detailed of specifications as you can provide as well as imagery including you're corporate logo and branding. Our own marketing department is willing to assist Workhorse AG in their branding effort as so desired. If you do not wish to provide this information we will simply place a link leading to your storefront with mention of our corporate alliance to provide our dealers with access to Workhorse AG's product selection.

With the corporate alliance between Motor Horse Agriculture and Workhorse AG, there is no requirement for a Chief Executive Officer. As it stands our corporate alliance is simply a Memorandum of Understanding concerning the cooperation of our two companies in marketing our products at each others dealers. As such, this alliance will not require any significant level of independent management beyond corporate liaisons between us coordinating our corporate ventures.

Our previous offer to incorporate Workhorse AG underneath the Motor Horse Company umbrella will continue to stand should you change your mind.

We look forward to our future cooperation with Workhorse AG.

Thank you,

Subject: Re: Investment

Mr. Freidmann,

Unfortunately, Motor Horse Agriculture's parent, Motor Horse Company, is majority owned by the original founding families and the city of Ft. Abercrombie itself, none of which are interested in divesting their share of the corporation at this time. Thus, Motor Horse Company at the moment is unavailable for takeover, however, the remaining shares are publicly traded and it is through these means that JungastianInternational Investment Corporation can achieve a non-controlling interest in Motor Horse Company if you so desire.

We are open to negotiations on additional stock offerings, stock purchase agreements, and other forms of interaction with JungastianInternational Investment Corporation. We look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Project for partnership and dealership offer

Postby Duroland » Mon Feb 22, 2010 3:13 am

Image

BOAR TYRES INC.

Established 1910

To: Motor Horse Agriculture - attn. Mr. Cyrus Havre, CEO

Re: Project for partnership and dealership offer.

Dear Sir,

following our previous exchange of letters about the possibility of a long-term supply of tyres to your company (see also our catalog dated 17 Feb 2010), we have investigated further possibilities to develop inter-business between our companies.

In particular, we wish to make you aware that Boar Tyres Inc. enjoys a long-standing and fruitful business partnership with WMI (Wolf Mechanic Industries) of Duroland, producers of various types of specialized machinery, including military and civil off-road vehicles under their brand WMB and enjoing a vast network of professional representatives throughout the entire Halogaland Region which includes ten countries (of which at least three are particularly “agriculture-oriented”).
The potential market for the entire region is currently of around 157,000+ tractors per year, and rapidly increasing.
We safely estimate that our joint companies network could cover at least 75% of this market – i.e. shifting around 118,000 pieces - with the following breakdown:

Series 701(wheeled): 70% of projected sales, i.e. around 80,500 pcs/year

Series 701 (tracked): 20% of projected sales, i.e. around 25,000 pcs/year

Series H: 2% of projected sales, i.e. around 2500 pcs/year

Series 81: 8% of projected sales, i.e. around 10,000 pcs/year.

I’d like to stress the fact that both population and economy of our region are quickly growing, thus the abovementioned figures are just conservative starting points!

That said, it is very clear that our companies have a common interest in engaging in a two-faced, fruitful relationship: we can provide you with quality tyres to fit your machines and a sizable output market for your products; on our side we will enjoy direct sales of our products to you and a good share of the tractors market we’re going to develop for you here.

Hoping this project is of your interest, we wait for your kind answer.

Best regards,

Proposal to Motor Horse Company

Postby Duroland » Tue Mar 02, 2010 4:19 pm

BOAR TYRES INC.

Established 1910

To: Motor Horse Agriculture - attn. Mr. Cyrus Havre, CEO

Re: Project for partnership and dealership offer.

Dear Sir,

we are pleased by the interest you showed to the development of inter-business between our companies.

As anticipated in our previous letter on this issue, we wish to exploit the long-standing and fruitful business partnership we enjoy with WMI (Wolf Mechanic Industries) of Duroland since a long time.

Our region is quickly growing, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, meaning that not only the market is expanding but also the quality and diversity of goods, produced and consumed.
Our Research Dept. most recent studies show that the potential market for the entire region is currently of more than 261,000 tractors per year (note: on a total regional population of 662M), and rapidly increasing.
We safely estimate that our joint companies network could cover at least 75% of this market – i.e. shifting around 196,000 pieces - with the following approx. breakdown:

Series 701(wheeled): 70% of projected sales, i.e. around 137,250 pcs/year

Series 701 (tracked): 20% of projected sales, i.e. around 39,200 pcs/year

Series H: 2% of projected sales, i.e. around 3900 pcs/year

Series 81: 8% of projected sales, i.e. around 15,700 pcs/year.

I’d like to stress again the fact that both population and economy of our region are quickly growing, thus the abovementioned figures are just conservative starting points!
We can safely assume that within one year, these estimates could be raised by at least 15-20%

1 – Boar Tyres Inc. will offer to Motor Horse Agriculture the rights and the actual support to sell through its dealerships and those of Wolf Mechanic Industries throughout the Halogaland region.
Considering as a basis the items and quantities detailed in the previous paragraph, we will retain a right to a 7% commission over those sales, calculated on the “end customer price list”. Please send us your price list a.s.a.p. in order to elaborate more precise calculations.

2 – Motor Horse Agriculture will buy from Boar Tyres Inc. all the tyres for all the machines to be sold in the Halogaland region, enjoying a 3% discount over our wholesale price list
For the sake of calculation, we estimated that the total no. of tyres will be of around 690,000 pcs (i.e. 4 tyres for each of the above mentioned machines – excluding tracked ones – plus a 10% for spares), with a breakdown as follows:

model ARAS050 (size 710/70R42) = 172,500 pcs @ US$ 1444.00 each
model ARAW050 (size 710/70R42) = 172,500 pcs @ US$ 1358.00 each
model AISG050 (size 710/70R42) = 172,500 pcs @ US$ 1618.00 each
model AISA050 (size 710/70R42) = 172,500 pcs @ US$ 1098.00 each

Total net sum = US$ 952,105,067.00

3 – Should Motor Horse Agriculture want to buy additional quantities of tyres (of any other model and/or size) to be fitted to machines to be sold in other regions, Boar Tyres Inc. will sell them with an additional discount of 2% (thus reaching a 5% discount on these additional amounts).

We do think these points constitute both a solid basis for our business reationship and have the potential for its further development.

Hoping this project is of your interest, we wait for your kind answer.

Best regards,

To: Paulo Taft, CEO Boar Tyres Inc.
Subject: Re: Re: Re: Project for partnership and dealership offer

Mr. Taft, we have reviewed your proposal and our excited at the potential of this new market. Unfortunately, we can not agree to your 7% commission on all sales as this will eliminate most, if not all, profit we generate off of these sales. We can, however, agree to a more manageable 4.5% commission for all sales made in this market along with the previously agreed upon use of Boar Tyres Inc. products on all equipment sold in that region. As requested, our current prices listed for reasonably equipped Motor Horse Agriculture products are as follows:

701-Series Agricultural Tractors
Model 701: $150,000
Model 711: $165,000
Model 721: $180,000
Model 731: $195,000
Model 741: $210,000
Model 741T: $240,000
Model 751T: $260,000
Powertrac 1000: $360,000

H-Series Articulated Agricultural Tractors
PH 450: $260,000
CH 575: $310,000
SH 700: $360,000
DH 900: $450,000
DH 1200: $500,000

81-Series Combine Harvesters
Model 8137: $335,000
Model 8118: $360,000
Model 8109: $385,000

Using your estimate of sales and assuming an equal distribution of sales (i.e. averaging the prices out for each "block" except for the 701-series tracked tractors in which we removed the Powertrac 1000 as it would likely not count as a significant portion of sales), we have derived a total sales estimate of over $41.6 billion USD. As stated before, these prices are for reasonably equipped units and the estimate could increase or decrease depending on the options added or removed. Therefore, your share of the total sales would net Boar Tyres Inc. $1,873,057,500 if you agree to the 4.5% sales commission.

The additional discounts Boar Tyres Inc. has offered are readily agreed to by Motor Horse Agriculture, and all international sales of Motor Horse Agriculture products will be fitted with Boar Tyres Inc. products.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,

Cyrus Havre

To: Motor Horse Agriculture - attn. Mr. Cyrus Havre, CEO

Re: Re: Re: Re: Project for partnership and dealership offer

Dear Sir,

we just received your letter just when we were reviewing all the different sizes and types of tyres you require as fitment for your machines.

We want to assure you that our company has no difficulty in providing you with such a great variety of items.

Meanwhile, we declare ourselves satisfied by your offer of a 4.5% commission on tractor sales in Halogaland through our network, taking into consideration the further considerable amount of business that will be hopefully generated by being your sole tyre provider for all international sales.

Thus, in order to make appropriate estimation of the turnover generated by such business, could you please provide us with approx. quantities per tyre model, for we suggest an “average price” policy for all major sizes, in order to simplify both our accounts.

Looking forward for your kind reply.

Best regards,

Official Communiqué
From the desk of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture

The United Socialist States of Sebastianalandia wishes to modernize and mechanize its agricultural sector. As such, we at the People's Commissariat of Agriculture have decided to aproach the Motor Horse Company.

We wish to set up a local branch of the Motor Horse Company on Sebastianalandian soil, under the management of a joint board of Motor Horse Company executives and officials from the People's Commissariat of Agriculture.

The plan is as follows:

The People's Commissariat of Agriculture shall purchase (in bulk) a constant supply of tractors, harvestors, etc. (exact model to be determined later) from the Motor Horse Company (preferably at a discounted rate - to be determined by the Motor Horse Company); the machines shall then be distributed free by the People's Commissariat of Agriculture to farmers on State Collective Farms, as well as for a minor price to private farmers.

The Motor Horse Company shall also be granted permission to establish a manufacturing base in Sebastianalandia, if it wishes. The People's Commissariat shall keep aproximately 30% of the revenue of all Motor Horse Company products produced in Sebastianalandia.

For all this, the People's Commissariat of Agriculture offers an initial payment of $200 million, as well as fund part of the cost of setting up a manufacturing base in Sebastianalandia.

Signed,
The collective Commissars of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture

To: The People's Commissariat of Agriculture, United Socialist States of Sebastianlandia
Subject: Re: Proposal

We at Motor Horse Agriculture wish to thank the People's Commissariat of Agriculture for approaching us in your efforts to mechanize and modernize your agricultural sector. Motor Horse Agriculture is the world leader in agricultural machinery and technology and we are more than happy to share our products and expertise with the United Socialist States in your endeavors.

Furthermore, we have reviewed your proposals and we will establish Motor Horse Agriculture - Sebastianlandia as our subsidiary in the United Socialist States to manage Motor Horse Agriculture assets in the country, act as a dealership and parts network, and to maintain a steady line of communication with the People's Commissariat of Agriculture and the end users/operators of our equipment. As requested, the management team will be composed of four members of our Board of Directors, myself included, and three officials as the People's Commissariat so appoints.

With the prospect of large, consistent orders coming from the People's Commissariat we believe it is in our best interests that Motor Horse Agriculture establishes a manufacturing facility in Sebastianlandia that will produce the equipment and machinery you will require. However, we ask that you waive the 30% revenue excise in lieu of the significant discounts we will provide and what could amount to exorbitant shipping costs for our equipment to your nation. Motor Horse Agriculture will provide all products to the People's Commissariat at-cost (10%-20% below retail), provided the 30% excise is not present for all equipment produced at our new facility in Sebastianlandia whether or not the equipment is destined for sale in the country or to be shipped overseas (all production for sales overseas is available for export and sales taxes, however). The United Socialist States will benefit from additional manufacturing capacity, property taxes if applicable, new employment, new technology, and a local presence of Motor Horse Agriculture for parts production, service, and technical support. We will provide engineers, technical support, and management to bring the new manufacturing facility up to full capacity. After that point we envision a work force composed entirely of Sebastianlandians.

Additionally, on your behalf we have petitioned the Agrarian Republic of Soviet Bloc's Foreign Aid Office for an Agricultural Development Program grant. The Agricultural Development Program has agreed to pay up to $300 million USD towards agricultural purchases in the interests of modernizing agricultural practices in Sebastianlandia. This one time award is applicable on all equipment in our catalog, and is only available provided you allow our proposal in the paragraph above.

In the future, we may be interested in expanding the role of Motor Horse Agriculture - Sebastianlandia into a component subsidiary of Motor Horse Agriculture that produces its own line of machinery.

We look forward to our future, prosperous relationship with the People's Commissariat of Agriculture and the United Socialist States of Sebastianlandia.

Thank you,

Cyrus Havre
Chief Executive Officer
Motor Horse Agriculture
