    RE: RE: Network Plans

We are more than happy to establish fair and reasonable rates and usage of Xzaerom goods. We do have a few questions:

Do you have specific contracts in mind?
What regions internationally does your service cover?
      How strong is the signal?
      Is it data transfer friendly?
      Do you throttle your information?
Do you have separate contracts for military and national setups?
What is your privacy policy on information sent?

Please provide us with details, and then we can establish a workable joint effort. Thank you for choosing Xzaerom.

Dear Lois Masters,

CymComm TeleCommunications is delighted in your interest and will gladly answer any and all questions Xzaerom may have. In response to your questions, we do indeed have several contracts that people can sign up for. We also have a CommTailor feature that allows customers to tailor a package to their individual needs. We also have specific packages for corporations, small businesses, and governments. Details can be found on our storefront. We also can deal with government, corporate or military customers who desire more privacy when designing their package, in our private "Specialists" page. CymComm currently has service throughout the Pacific area, and has expanded into several other countries as well. In the coming months, we hope to cover most of the more prosperous and active regions. Our signal is strong and reliable. Our network has proven to be one of the strongest, and we can ensure that we will do all we can to keep our customers connected. This includes data transfer, as our network is "data transfer friendly." With regards to throttling, our servers are very powerful. However, certain management of data transfer is needed to make sure our systems don't overload. Still, we allow our users free reign until they begin consuming so much bandwidth that it becomes a strain on our servers. Even then, we will first notify the customer before any capping or throttling that will limit their data transfer occurs. Details about our network can be found on our storefront. With respect to privacy, we hold personal privacy in the highest standard. For that reason, we do not sell customer information to others, whether that be personal information or otherwise. However, advertisement companies on our website may use cookies to see your browsing habits, and use this information. However, we always allow the option to our customers to disable these cookies. We hope you have found these answers satisfactory. If you have anymore questions, comments or concerns feel free to express them. Thank you for your consideration.

    RE: CymComm TeleCommunications

    Hello Bas,

Xzaerom will indeed be more than interested, in establishing a form of corporate relationship with CymComm TeleCommunications. The financial benefit which shall be deducted upon from such an initiative will, without a doubt, benefit both CymComm and Xzaerom.

We would like however, before progressing any further with such a deal, to inquire as to what CymComm will be interested, as part of a corporate alliance, with that of Xzaerom. Thank you for choosing Xzaerom.

    Henry Wallace,

Dear Henry Wallace,

CymComm TeleCommunications is looking forward to a rewarding cooperation with Xzaerom. Below we have outlined our desired terms for the alliance between Xzaerom and CymComm.

1) Xzaerom will allow CymComm to sell Xzaerom devices in CymComm stores. CymComm will buy those devices to be sold from Xzaerom at 115% the price of each device.
2) In return, Xzaerom's devices will run exclusively on the CymComm network for the duration of this partnership (The exclusivity includes all devices sold from Xzaerom stores, obviously). Current owners of Xzaerom devices will be allowed to stay on their own networks, but if they wish to purchase a new Xzaerom device, or upgrade from a previous version, then they must sign a contract with and switch to the CymComm network.
3) All revenue made from the sale of the devices in Xzaerom stores will go to Xzaerom, and all of the revenue acquired from the network contracts signed by the device customers will go to CymComm. All revenue (including sale of devices) in CymComm stores will go to CymComm (Because Xzaerom already was paid for the devices - see (1)).
4) In the interest of advertising both companies more effectively, CymComm and Xzaerom will be allowed to place the other's logo in an appropriate place on their storefront.
5) The Partnership will last for 5 years or until both Xzaerom and CymComm agree to end it.

We have outlined terms that we find fair and equitable to both parties. Xzaerom gets an extra 15% profit from devices sold in CymComm stores, and CymComm gets exclusive access to Xzaerom customers. If for any reason Xzaerom finds these terms to be unfair or inappropriate in any way, CymComm is willing to consider changing the terms. Thank you, and we look forward to a prosperous relationship between CymComm and Xzaerom.

RE: Trade Deals with CyComm

Dear Bas Logrus,

Regarding your proposals:

1) We are more than willing to accommodate that.

2) You will be required to specify the exact region of this contract's applicability. We cannot sign a contract with one provider internationally or through a location deemed to be large and diverse area. Such a plan is not only counterproductive to competitive practice, but also highly risky, dangerous, and fiscally fragile. If you can tell us a precise location where this contract would apply, then we can continue.

3) This goes against practical business model for Xzaerom stores. We pay a royalty per goods sold within each nation to the hosting nation, with extra royalty per contract sold per corporation. Xzaerom, unfortunately, cannot and will not change this model for business and practical reasons. We would strongly suggest an alternative.

We hope these problems and concerns can be corrected in all expedience.

Sincerely,
Henry Wallace,

Dear Henry Wallace,

CymComm is more than willing to alter some terms in the contract. Xzaerom has expressed concern over sections (2) and (3). We would be delighted if Xzaerom could propose alternatives to the terms in question that would please them, which we could then consider. Thank you very much for your time, and we look forward to speaking with you again.

    To:The Xzaerom Institute.
From: Sigmund Koeig. The Royal Bank of Lohegin.
    Subject: The Acquisition of Assests.

Executives of The Xzaerom Institute,

On behalf of the chief executive of the Royal Bank of Lohegin, Marcus Wilsa, and the Investment Bank of Lohegin-Disith's Division of Lohegin-Disith Assets Management, representing primary investment institution of the Dual Sovereignty of Lohegin-Disith, I wrote this letter with the intention of establishing a business deal between the financial institution of Lohegin-Disith and the Xzaerom Institute.

While our current standings in the global scale is relatively new, our assests management however has long experiences in investment markets. It was the dealings of numerous of assets for centuries from state to state which formed the superb economy Lohegin-Disith enjoys today. While our institutions vary in field, as an institution that place high values in the field of communication, we express high respects to your well established instituion. Our investment in your institutional is most optimal for us as well as you, being able to showcase your excellent global trade in global communications. Your establishment has attached many investors in Lohegin-Disith and are willing to personally invest in Xzaerom and systems. This past hour, before I wrote up this letter, there were already sixteen private, institution, and corporate investors waiting in front of my office just trying to confirm if we're doing actually doing business with Xzaerom. A government official too just now has arrived just to speak with my superiors on this matter.

Therefore as a result of bolstering our reach in global investment markets, in accordance to the authority of the Investment Bank of Lohegin-Disith, under the consent of the Royal Bank of Lohegin, under supervision of the Lohegin Ministry of Finance, I, on their behalf, would like to request the Xzaerom Institute to join the Investment Bank of Lohegin-Disith (see section with assets under investments). As an agreement between our institutions, Xzaerom Institute could also gain assess to quality services provided our very own Royal Bank of Lohegin. Like any other corporate assets, the Xzaerom Institute is free to set their own dividends to shareholders. Please contact our main office in Arcadia for any questions.

In conclusion, we thank you for your reply upon the receivement of this letter. Your finance is our finance. Your success is our success. May your corporation's successes right bright in the future.

Location: Arcadia, Lohegin
It was a relatively warm day in Arcadia this season. Located far north in Elysium, the country of Lohegin one of the colder places to be in all of Tetrakon. A warm day in Lohegin during these times was considered to be rare. What's more surprising is that it's neighbor Disith was also experiencing this warmth. Many people today has took short breaks from their daily routines just to relax and enjoy the spring sun. Even the children is running around regular long sleeves rather than fur coats. However, even in the midst of such rarities, the Arcadian financial sectors ran like usual as large volumes of people rushed one street to the next engage in trade. As long as those tall skyscraper dominate the skies, Lohegin remain, Lohegin-Disith's financial powerhouse.

The tallest of these buildings was the headquarters of the nation's Royal Bank of Lohegin. Serving as the primary financial institute in Lohegin and Disith, the number of moving in and out the building was especially dense. Recently, the Bank of Lohegin has expand its services outside of Lohegin-Disith in an attempt to lift the two states out of isolation. Although, the number of visitors today was twice the usual. From a quiet room on the 87th floor of the building a man in a black suit stood tall as he stares out the building into the sea north of Arcadia. Besides him was an older man, busy signing and shuffling papers around his desk, ignoring the excellent day outside. The man in black by the windows began to speak.

"Is it true that your institution is making a business contract with Zxaerom?" In a rather curious tone.

Still scribbling on his desk, the older man replied, "Mr. Young, I believe this is the eight time I've heard in this past hour. I thought I made it clear from our announcements, I guess it was wrong." The older man was clearly annoyed. Shortly after the reply, a knock came from door, following a soft female voice.

"Mr. Wilas, Mr. Solin wants to see-." The voice was a was abruptly stopped by the chief executive, but not so in a rude way.

"Sorry Illy, but can you tell Mr. Solin to come back later, probably in like fifteen minutes. I have urgent issues with a client here right now."

"Y-yes, Mr. Wilas." A little surprised, the secretary left for her duties.

The man in black continue his line of questioning, staying in line with his original intentions. "So, yes or no? I have urgent business myself." The tone of the man in black started to turn demanding as Marcus continue to scribbling on his desk. The man was obviously becoming impatient.

Unfazed, the chief executive replied. "The answer is yes. You ask any of the hundred investors downstairs that barged in my office today Mr. Minister and they will reply yes. But it was just a proposal, we have yet to receive a proper reply. Now you have an answer, leave." The office felt several degrees colder.

"Well, thank you Marcus. Have a nice day." Annoyed, the man in black began to leave. Strangely enough, wasn't too angry at all. Although he was frustrated by the attitude he has just receive from the chief executive, deep inside, he was burning with excitement. In his mind, were only the words "with this we can finally revive our IT sector." The minister left the room, gently closing the door behind him, not forgetting that it was an excellent day outside.

Left alone, the sounds of scribbling continued to echo the room, oblivious of the world outside its walls.

    To:The Xzaerom Institute.
From: Daniel Young. Lohegin Ministry of Finance.
    Subject: Institutional Establishment and Systems.
    Encryption: CONFIDENTIAL

Executives of The Xzaerom Institute,

I am Daniel Young, the Minister of Finance from the state of Lohegin. In conversations I have with fellow colleagues at the Royal Bank of Lohegin, your institution was mention. While observing Xzaerom as a well established institute in the field of communication, it is sad to note that our own state of Lohegin, as well as our fellow state of Disith, having a very poor establishment in means of communications. While our financial sectors has be made many attempts from to establish a well integrated system of communication and information technology between its people, its two sovereign states and the international community, the goal was never realized.

While our friends from the House of Disith wishes that our unified body remain isolated in north Elysium, Tetrakon, I, as a member of the financial community, along with many others from the government like the House of Etruria and the House of Lohegin, believe that our successes as a nation would require a means of communication and information. Knowledge is power; I take faith in these words. It requires power to satisfy the needs of our people whenever they cannot establish themselves. As both of these are an important part of our states' future, Xzaerom is vital to our states' success. As embarrassing as it sounds, my words are genuine.

For one, it was excellent that our financial instituations came across Xzaerom. The government was delighted when they learned of the business proposal being made by the Royal Bank of Lohegin. While the Investment Bank of Lohegin-Disith has no authority to as far as diplomatic transaction, our ministry do. By the authority of the Lohegin Ministry of Finance under the consent of the Imperial Capital of Orbis, from the sovereign dictation of the monarch of Lohegin-Disith, we offer the Xzaerom Institute the ability to establish and develop a branch of your within our sovereign lands, since our information technology and communications sectors are sorely lacking. Any products of Xzaerom are welcomed in our lands.

The Royal Bank of Lohegin existed to benefit businesses to begin with even though it's a central bank, thus any sort of taxes within our sovereign lands lower than normal. Lohegin-Disith is an ideal place for your institute to establish with little hindrance in operations. Upon any financial issues, our financial institute at the Royal Bank of Lohegin as well as any private investors in communications. A proposed place has been made if Xzaerom were to create an establishment within our sovereign lands, being at our most internationally-active city the Royal City of Arcadia.

With a willing domestic market of 32 million potential customers and the financial backing of the Royal Bank of Lohegin, I believe the Xzaerom Institute would also benefit greatly from this proposal. To have Xzaerom integrated into our networks in Lohegin-Disith as the primary source of information and communications technology and products would not only be ideal but greatly appreciated by the people of Lohegin-Disith. Any questions can be made from your reply.

Our ministry and our government body humbly awaits your decision.

Imperial Court, Galt Hall
Central Province of Hallsind
Finium, FSS

"I challenge this council, with the full support of the committee of Arms and the Committee of Technology, to advance the greater good of the Finian economy. The Phelan Group, a long time bastion of our economy's central trade-the manufacture of Arms-has forcefully requested that this council rejuvenate the arms trade with systems capable of withstanding and launching cyber attacks. I have personally reviewed a plethora of operating systems and found that The Xzaerom Institute and the Nexus updated database protection system is our greatest hope for entering into and dominating this new realm of modernized warfare. The Imperial Government in conjunction with the Phelan Group and Xzaerom is capable of revolutionizing cyber warfare within one major corporate producer here in Finium, placing us once again at the forefront of modern innovation." The thunderous applause from the seven hundred assorted Barons, Lords, Ministers and Businessmen shook the the man standing on the podium. The man, Remus De Burg, had chaired the Committee on Arms (the central piece of the Finian Economy) for twenty years. It was said that the white-haired bespectacled man's career would culminate with the introduction of CyberArms into the Finian Arms manufacturing most prestigious corporations. The crowd finally had their fill of standing exaltation and sank back into their chairs.
"His Imperial Highness, Emperor Andracula has deferred the issue of cyber warfare to this court, I now ask you to permit this final step in the evolution of Arms to take place; leaving this inexorable Empire at the forefront of Arms for the rest of time."
This time the applause shook age old dust for the finely painted ceiling, the rotting economy of Finium had another opportunity to make a military landmark with the incorporation of Xzaerom into Finian technological pools.

An hour and forty minutes later the Imperial Court would authorize a Seventeen Billion dollar plan to militarize the Nexus server system, Lord De Burg was awarded a position on the newly formed Committee on CyberArms and the dispatch with the golden offer was left to the consideration of Xzaerom.

Image

Honored Board, Chancellor Deihumn,

With the onset of the vastly superior technologies produced by the Institute, cyber security has been thrust to the forefront of His Majesty's affairs. Early this morning, the Imperial Court voted to commend the great work of Xzaerom with a five billion dollar grant under certain stipulations.
The work Xzaerom has undertaken is one near to the heart of Imperial doctrine, universalization. The Empire has struggled for centuries to rid earth of the tyranny that is division and establish a world order of powerful caretakers of humanity. The way the Empire has approached this sacred duty has been to empower those nations capable of securing order with the greatest arms available.
The new Nexus system introduced by your institute has finally made the work of the Empire tangible. With the proper adjustments, Nexus and some of your other creations can be used to incapacitate the enemies of order and justice, while providing triumph for those nations the Empire so wholeheartedly endorses as the bastion of world peace.
Honored Board and most respected Chancellor, I invite you on behalf of the Committee on CyberArms, The Phelan Group, the Imperial Court and His Imperial Highness to join us in this noble venture by accepting our grant and the assistance of certain Imperial Scientists to further that one blessed cause, World Order.

Sincerely yours,

Honoured extraordinary to the Chair of the Committee on Arms and CyberArms, I would like to offer my sincere praise for your expressed confidence upon Xzaerom and the institute. I have forwarded your proposal to the higher authority, and as this letter has reached your desk, discussion has started to ensure that we, Xzerom, would provide only the fastest of answer.

Once again, I thank you for your understanding and patience.

Sincerely,
Heather Langely,

Greetings,

Cybus Industries would like to know if your Bazaar, Sheet, Combine, and Fuse are capable of efficiently operating together, and if so, can they incorporate Cybus Industries Applications like C-Mail(OOC: E-Mail!), CybusTravel(allows you to book, track, and see, flights, ship sailings, and trains, ect.), and many others.
