The Keralian Ministry of Defence, having recently concluded an extensive census aimed at determining the most popular type of civilian-owned firearms in Keralia, has found that the vast majority of Keralian gun owners prefer high-calibre rifles over other small arms. This news may seem insignificant to the Anemonian State Armaments Export Authority, however, it happens to be our primary reason for contacting the aforementioned organisation.

Due to the fact that a large portion of the Keralian Army is drawn from civilian gun owners, it was deemed prudent to figure out what sort of weapon the vast majority of recruits would be familiar with-and consequently, the most effective with. Therefore the MoD has come to the conclusion that the Anemonian AR3R1 rifle would be a perfect standard issue weapon for the Keralian military.

The MoD would like to place an order for 600,000 of these rifles with plastic furnishings, which we believe comes to a total price of 540,000,000 NSD (taking into account the 25% discount on larger purchases). In addition, we would also like to place an order for 30,000 Carabinyr AR3R1s, which we believe would bring the total cost of the order to 579,000,000 NSD.

On the subject of the Carabinyr variants, the Keralian MoD would like to request a few special modifications if possible-namely, the addition of a rail integration system (which could be coupled with items such as grips and aimpoints) as well as a collapsible stock.
