With the world constantly on the brink of collapse, fuelled by such varied examples as nuclear proliferation, biological terrorism and hordes of the ‘undead’, it becomes clear that to maintain such high and exacting standards in all areas that it must continue to equip itself with the most efficient, capable and lethal weapon platforms on the international arms market. In the search for weapon platforms to ensure that Ngāti Onekawa-Nukanor retains superiority in all areas, the ONDF has come across VMK AG and has decided that it has equipment that the ONDF requires

The ONA (Onekawa-Nukanor Army) and ONMC (Onekawa-Nukanor Marine Corps) are the two branches within the ONDF that operate main battle tanks, currently in the form of the LY4A2 ‘Wolfhound’ in service with the ONA and the LY7A1 ‘Rottweiler’ within the ONMC. Although no one denies the capability of either of these two platforms, there was a desire in both services that they should both operate the same vehicle for increased commonality, ease of logistical issues and easier overall integration within the ONDF. There was also a wish for a platform that would better suit the needs of Ngāti Onekawa-Nukanor.

Because of these needs it was decided that rather than choose the first tank they came across, a thorough review and investigation of all current main battle tanks on the market, both internationally and domestically. It was quickly discovered (to no one’s surprise) that tanks within the M1A2SEP Abram’s, Leopard 2A7 and Challenger 2 fold were not competitive with the majority of overseas platforms, such as the Lyran LY4A2, Sumerian MCA-7 and Lamonian M2 Valkyrie. Thus a closer look was geared towards these platforms. A fine tooth comb went over each of these platforms, as well as more unexpected one as the older Nakil. After several months of intensive study and investigation, the report concluded one thing. The Yohannesian AY2L ‘Panthera Leo’ was the best current main battle tank on the market for Ngāti Onekawa-Nukanor. To this end, the ONDF wishes to make a partial purchase for the ONA and a complete replacement for the ONMC, as well as a DPR. The exact figures are
